Faculty members here are very knowledgeable and experienced. The syllabus is very relevant with C in the 2nd semester and C+ and DSA in the 3rd semester and Python and other tech subjects in the 4th semester. Teachers are quite helpful but some are strict too but they too have to follow the management rules. I choose this course because of the opportunities in this field. Exams happen on a cycle basis of 20 days known as CTs. Small portions come in each test followed by practical tests as well.
Teachers are supportive yet strict about the assignments and the test. The decorum and hierarchy have to be maintained. Some are really strict but some are understanding and help you in all aspects. This is one of the best courses in the world and also in this college. It gives you industry-level lab experience with real-life machines and projects to work upon on weekly basis and regular tests make it more challenging. The student-teacher ratio is not very clear but there are several faculties for a particular subject. I choose this course because it was my field of interest and CSE is the most demanding field nowadays. Cycle tests were conducted on an interval of 20 days and similarly for practical exams but their weightage is very less and these small test helps you to maintain your marks very easily and the burden of exams reduces significantly,
I choose this course because I liked computer engineering and wanted to pursue it as a career. All the faculties are PHD graduates and the interns are also either pursuing PHD or had completed their Master's degree from a reputed college. The teaching method depends from faculty to faculty some depend on the course syllabus while some believe in giving exact notes and some believe in taking class tests. It's purely on your luck what type of teachers you are allowed but all of them are very knowledgeable about their particular fields.
