LNMIIT - Honest and Complete Review

Faculty:

There are enough number of faculties and lab assistants for each course and departments. They are very receptive towards students and try to improve our knowledge and understanding. You can ask their help regarding acads and for other project etc without any hesitation Each semester you have about 5 theory exams and 2- 3 lab exams and also 1 mcq based exam. As you move from one sem to another you will see that there paper are getting more difficult and diffult and same for the grading scheme

All the faculty members of our college are highly educated most of them got phd from iit and nit's, but despite being this much talented they don't know hoe to teach,some of them do , I am not saying all odsf them are like this, but at the end you have to go through the same thing from yt.

THE LNM student life .

The student to faculty ratio is quite good I think because there are I think approximately 2 teacher for a single course so the are decide to teach half - half course to 2 section. I personally disliked Sandeep Saini because he is kinda too rude ,moody . There are mainly quizzes,mid terms and end term examination.

A Practical Review of LNMIIT

faculty here are well qualified

the faculty to student ratio is quite decent .classes have a manegable no. of students ,so teachers are able to focus properly and there is not any issue about approachability for any issue or something else. some of the faculities that i liked are those that make the subjects easy to understand like few of them are poonam gera mam (dsa) , gurinder sir (dsy). i would not lioke to name anyone specifically in this,but there were a few faculties whose teaching methis did not matchm y leaning style , while sometimes there are some other reasons like during any lab evalution there might be tacher who is not giving marks while other faculties are giving easy marks then it feels like why that faculty evaluate my exam during lab while the others getting good marks while i have to suffer because of that faculty about exams acc to me they are mostly on tougher side and it is quite diffult to score good cgpa here while about fail it vary based on the subject sometimes it might be little large as compared about coouse curriculum ya it is relevant not like it is entire non relevant .

Faculty is student ratio is 1:10. Faculty is actually very amicable and is easy to approach in their cabins. Dr. Narendra Kumar from HSS department is a good professor because of his good teaching style and versatile nature.Best faculties are Dr. Sunil Pandey from Mech department and Dr. Prateek and Rathore from CCE department. There is no any faculty I don't like. All are good in their persona. There are 3 quizzes on an average in a semester, a mid term exam and an end term exam. 70% students clear the exam. The curriculum is adopted from IIT Kanpur and is very relevant.

1st year experience of LNMIIT

The faculty to student ratio is around 1:15. While some faculties are friendly others are hard to talk to. The faculties for first year are not that great . But some faculties are really really supportive as I mentioned above . I didn't like prof dishari choudhary as she doesn't know how to be interactive with the students and she doesn't even try. Some professor try to take feedback and work upon their mistakes and that's a good thing. I liked dr mohit gupta's work a lot. The course taught by him was included by him only. He usually teaches 3rd year but since 2023 he started teaching to 1st year as well. He is a practical person and the way he teaches you not just academically but also about life is just amazing. Many 3rd year students who did their btp under him are placed in good companies. Their are mid term and end term. Their are quizzes as well and they might be taken offline or online depending on the professors. The course is really good. I was told that the acads are tough and the professors fail you on purpose but I didn't see that issue anywhere till now

The faculty members are very good like if there are 100 professors then from them 2 professors are not good enough otherwise all are good and they solve our doubts whenever we have time. Exams are tough enough and requires consistent study to crack the exam and in the college , getting A grade is as tough as getting F grade , and if we study regularly , we can crack out exams with good SG. There are two quizzes of the courses , before the end sem and midsem, quizzes for lab also there and also mid term and end term are also for them too.

The academics of college is tough , scoring in exams is not easy, teaching method of professors are not good.

The relation between faculty and students are good. Faculty provide their office timings to solve the students problem.faculties are easily approachable. I like mr. Nabyendu das which is a professor of physics and our dean of student affairs. He teach us in first semester. He is very good in teaching. He has helping nature. And in terms of disliking any professor i didn't have any reason for disliking any professor. As all professors doing their work to teach. The exam consist of two exam midterm and endterm. The difficulty of exam are good .on an average yearly from each batch from CSE 40-50 students fail in different courses. The courses curriculum relevant in their respective fields.
