LNMIIT M.Tech Program Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the LNM Institute of Information Technology's M.Tech Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
M.Tech. in CSE
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related area with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CPI/CGPA (with/without valid GATE score).
- B.E./B. Tech. (in any branch) or MCA/M.Sc. (in Computer Science/Information Technology/Mathematics/Statistics/Operation Research, etc.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CPI/CGPA and a valid GATE score in CS/DA (Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) or Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
M.Tech. in ECE
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or similar area with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CPI/CGPA (with or without valid GATE score)
- B.E./B.Tech. (in any discipline) or M.Sc. (in Electronics, Physics, Instrumentation, or a related topic) with at least 60% marks or equivalent CPI/CGPA and a valid GATE score in EC subject.
Candidates who will take final exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply. Admissions will be based on the produced merit lists, with 15 seats available for M.Tech ECE and CSE, respectively.
