Yeah the course curriculum is vast and diverse it covers all the aspects, especially in first year you get to study subjects of multiple branches like civil mechanical and computer. The frequency and timing of exams is prompt too.

The aspect that influenced me to get this course was that this course has a combination of Computer Science and Business studies. In real world it will help me to excel in my future as I have got education in two different fields. Unnecessary subjects should be removed.

Computer Science and Business Systems. As the name suggests, this course is run by TCS all over India. The syllabus is designed by TCS itself. The best part about the curriculum is that prepares the student for FINTECH companies. We study all the important subjects that are instrumental in providing a strong base for top-notch placements and companies. We generally have one mid-semester exam followed by an end-semester exam. We have quizzes and lab evaluations too.

I never thought of getting into this branch but one of my friends was into the same branch and he told me about the perks of the opportunities into that branch , i got ECE at the third round of counseling, and i applied for SPOT round and fortunately I was getting either COE(COMPUTER ENGINEERING) OR (COMPUTER SCIENCE WITH BUISNESS SYSTEM) I was confused and then my friend suggested to take that branch since I was getting all the opportunities same as COE with less competition as COE has 900 seats and COBS/ CSBS has 81 seats provided with Buisness studies facilities. The subjects are one of the best thing about this course, they don't let us study unnecessary subjects that are not important to us like (manufacturing engineering, engineering drawing) they focus on core important subjects from the beginning ( stats, physics, DSA etc). The whole curriculum is different if this branch but some subjects are same as required. The teachers are good too

I am enrolled in CSBS course know as computer science and business system , which i feel is a good course . Some might feel the cousre is not good as its curriculum is different from other courses but i strong feel that this course is opening alot of windows for peoples and transforming education to a new curriculum thats more practical and learnable for students

This course looked interesting. There are around 1 faculty member per hundred students . Most of teachers are PHD. The teachers are average at teaching methods you have to watch YouTube videos for understanding purposes

The course is good like it consists of all the basic important subjects needed for that branch. Apart from that I believe a little updation of the cirucullam could take it from good to great. I feel there are certain subjects that are a bit behind the circucullam in this fast growing age and some redundant subjects which could be removed. The teachers are good, very helpful and supportive and regarding the ratio it is good like almost for every department there are sufficient teachers. Most of the teachers have their PHD so they are highly qualified. For a semester there are two exams, the mid term and the end term exams. Total there are 4 major exams in a year and some other assignments, quizzes and lab practicals as well.

The students in my batch are about 80. The faculty of some subjects are really good and they teach great. The exams are easy to pass but to score a good grade is very difficult. The last passout batch had the highest package of 60 lacs

The curriculum is very good. Unlike other courses, CSBS does not have courses like chemistry, and environment which are not necessary for a computer science engineer. There are many languages that will be taught like C, C++, Python, R, and MATLAB. There were 75 students only. In other branches, there were like 250 students in a lecture hall whereas in CSBS there were only 75 in a lecture hall. The faculty was good. Faculty was the same for CSE, COE, and CSBS. The Faculty were all Ph. D.s from IIT and from colleges outside India. The exams are pretty much dependent on your preparation, but I would that I studied it the night before the exam and I got 8 or 9 out of 10. So ya they were quite easy but there is relative marking so watch for those who study all day.
the course curriculum is hard many assignments and exams happen during course overall hectic course and the student and faculty ratio is also average it is 100 :1 in the classes and it is 30:1 in the labs
