SLIET has a spacious campus I really love it you can see the beauty of nature it's mesmerizing
I really appreciate the hard work of professors they are so dedicated to towards students and academics.

Dislikes

Here I couldn't get a new environment where I could learn something unique
The area around college is not so developed also we have to struggle sometimes to find our needy things.

Campus Life:

Overall my experience is good . If you have friends you can really enjoy . Campus is beautiful although it's not having aesthetic view but it's natural department buildings are also well structured and infrastructure is good

A big campus with a lot of tree which give you natural vibes
Every daily essential things available inside the campus

Dislikes

Non veg is not allowed in this college. Also in mess they give only one day green vegetables
No event organizers, you feel like you study in a college which is 10-15 year back from today's culture.

Campus Life:

Infrastructure of this college is good. Campus Life is ok but you didn't experience any fest or modern culture of college. It gives you feeling like typical 10-15 yr back college life. Too many club available but all are for only names.

Two fests are organised every year one is cultural event and other is technical fest books are easily availabble in library clasrooms are well maintained sports is the best thing i liked there they orgainse different tournaments every year many groups are run by student which help in their growth in personal development

I like the most here is that the a lot of excellent lectures who studied from IIT's, NIT's and also from abroad universities
SLIET University's infrasture is also good. The provide good atmosphere for studies

Dislikes

Some of students are very insensitive and not good in behavior also
Scholarship providing office takes more time for documents scanning and providing scholarship

Campus Life:

The experience with campus, focusing on social aspects, club involvments, and the infrastructure provided in great. I think in my whole life I have never this kind of university. There is alot of good things in infrasture and this is improving year by year. Generally there are two main campus events conducted by our university that are TechFest and Madhuram. In TechFest event different kind of models are shown to us that are recently made ad this enevt conducted on the mid April. And the second event that is Madhuram, this event is about music, dance, full of enjoyment. Personally I like TechFest more because there is a lot of things to learn. Modern classrooms are everywhere in our college. Our own classes are also conducted in modern classrooms. Different type sports event conducted here like badminton, cricket, vollyball, basketball, football, etc. There are many clubs for students who impact on students life. This also improve our social interactions.

College campus is nice it is around 450 acres
Hostel festivities for all the students is available

Placement are not that good there are scope of improvement
Labs are too outdated need to upgrade according to time

technical fest called techfest is celebrated every year where students were so case there creative A hudge library is there where book are from range of academics to litrature cultural fest called Madhuram is celebrated every year and many social and technical clubs are there

Here, no additional fee charged for extra facility like: Stadium, Library, Study Centre, Books, GYM, Health Centre
Here, you can avail to many different books according to your academics or even if you want to do preparation for any competitive programming

Dislikes

Here, the Mess food are poor which is common in every hostels. And, the Hostel related works are relatively slower than other works.
This college is in rural area of Sangrur,Punjab District. Sometimes we have to pay higher amount to the cab driver from Sangrur Railway Station to Sliet. The distance is about to 20KM.

Campus Life:

Here, 48 total of Societies or Clubs are registered. 32 Out of it are mostly active. These includes cultural societies, Tech Societies, Coding Societies, Fun Societies, Fitness Socities, Modeling Societies. IN every department here are at least 3 smart classroom available which are facilated with Air Conditioner, Smart Board, CCTV cameras.

Vast greenery and huge campus I like the most
Availability of all types of playing sport is very good

Dislikes

Mess of some hostel are very bad and they are not improving it
Since It is located in remote area so transport problem is there no direct trains available

Campus Life:

Overall campus Life is just wow and wow !! Very huge campus and vast greenery as already mentioned is the major reason for that !! Trees make the atmosphere always look good !! Sports availability in this college is also very good !! Two full size stadium for cricket and football, 5 volleyball and 4 basketball courts, and each hostel has a badminton court !! Madhuram and techfest are two fests which occurs in our college, classroom experience is also very good, full AC rooms are there!! Library is also very good with attached study room which is 24/7 open for serious studying students !!

The campus life and the environment of sliet Longowal is very awesome. There are too many clubs and societies from every department and many clubs and committee for extracurricular activities for students. Singing sports Dancing Coding and too many other societies.

Various types of clubs both social and technical clubs.

due to vast campus it sometimes feels tiring walking back and forth between classes and hostel
weather here is very hot with very little rainfall

Social life here is good. there are a lot of social and technical clubs which help you not only interact with other people but also improve your skills. every years two big events are conducted one is the Tech fest and the other is the Social and cultural fest.
