A big campus with a lot of tree which give you natural vibes

Non veg is not allowed in this college. Also in mess they give only one day green vegetables
No event organizers, you feel like you study in a college which is 10-15 year back from today's culture.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am interested in Digital things so I decided to choose CSE. In this college you have scope to learn new things related to computer. In every 2 month you have to give a exam. Which give you headache.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 83000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

College didn't give you any type of intership. You have to find yourself. College only give you noc certificate for do intership whether you do a paid or fee intership not matter they only demand you a certificate at the end of semester

Placement Experience :

Placement of this college is quite good especially for mechanical and chemical branch.In both of these branch almost every student get placed with average package of 4lpa. Several companies visit our college like TCS , Infosys,mahinda, ambuja etc

1st year fee:- Admission fee- 2300 Student activity related fee- 10400 Library fee-2300 Developement fee- 6600 Other charges -7000 Alumni - 2000 Tuition fee -52400 Total -83000 **Note - some security money you have to pay in 1st year** From 2nd year:- Fee - 66000 Hostel fee boys - 9000 per year ( without mess) Hostel fee girls - 4500 per year ( without mess) If you get scholarship your fee become 10k-20k per year

Campus Life :

Infrastructure of this college is good. Campus Life is ok but you didn't experience any fest or modern culture of college. It gives you feeling like typical 10-15 yr back college life. Too many club available but all are for only names.

Hostel Facilities :

A typical room with bed, fan ,chair and table not any extra facilities. Mess is pure veg and in veg they only serve rajma matar dal chana all week only one day you will find green vegetables. You can book hostel room at time of admission by paying hostel fee . And college location is rural so there is very less option of pg and rented room . If you find any one they demand very high according to facilities they give.

Hostel Fee : INR 9000 per year

Admission :

I choose this college because this college is run by central government it comes of ministry of education govt of india. And second reason is the fee of college is compare to any other private college. I got admission through entrance exam.

Faculty :

Faculty to students ratio is good in this college. Almost every faculty I like but there is also few that I don't like. I can't tell name exactly. In our college 2 minor and a major exam is conducted during a semester. Minor of 15 marks each and major 50 and rest 20 mark include your practical attendance class behaviour etc

After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university.
