I say this because of 3 main reasons: Skilled Faculty Infrastructure & High-class facilities Latest Technology LPU’s BTech CSE department has tied-up Google, CompTIA and various other automation companies. LPU has state of the art labs with latest technology to provide hands on practical exposure to students. Students can also go for semester exchange program.

I did my BTech CSE from Galgotias University, but I will put forth an unbiased opinion. Here are some factors to compare the two universities- LPU has good facilities and infrastructure, but I would suggest you opt for Galgotias since it will offer you better opportunities and academics. Fees- The tuition fee for B.Tech CSE at Galgotias isINR 1.54 lakh per annum. The exam fee isINR 15,000 per annum. At LPU, the BTech CSE course fee isINR 1.40 lakh per semester. LPU B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Students interested in taking admission to B.Tech at LPU Punjab must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Candidate must have passed the 12th examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as compulsory subjects or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
For students scoring more than or equal to 90% at JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2, LPUNEST is exempted.
For students who have not studied English as a subject, the condition of English will be waived off provided he/she has studied in English medium in the qualifying exam.

Hostel food is very poor quality in each hostel also the fees of hostel is very high as per the room condition
There are many students in my course so there is more competition there is no limit of admission in this college

In this college many extra co curricular activities takes place where students can grow there communication skills and other talents and win many prizes. College helps them to make them successful in the life There are hackton takes place in which you can prove your coding skills and many more competitions. They should not give work like my perfectice,codetantra neocolab practices as the homework becouse it waste so much time of the students

Reality of internships opportunities

No ragging is there. Secure campus good hostel staff.

There are huge amount of students in btech cse.
Very much rush in cse departments as there are approx 250000 or more students in cse field

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is it is affordable for me and cheaper than any other private college and also best placement opportunities are there. The curriculum helps me to build my confidence in public speaking and made me to speak english fluenlty By removing daily practice problem of languages like codetantra and neocolab it will waste lot of time isntead of this daily practice test they have to take in classes. The frequency and timing of exams are okay but sometimes many out of syllabus questions are there in exams but scrutiny is there.

The huge crowd in lpu poses a tough competition so be prepared for that.

Our curriculum is well alligned with the course and industry demands at present. It prepares us not only for the exams but also for the real world problems. First year is hectic with lots of classes but as you advance in your course, you get time to prepare for placements and do self preparation. Exams are conducted twice every semester, mid terms and end terms, along with class assessments that contribute to the final result.

Life at LPU

Infrastructure is good, university has a vast campus
facilities like health centre, mall, gym, etc. within the campus

There is a huge crowd in the CSE field.
Change of section every semester is bothersome.

Curriculum is very relevant to my course and comprehensively covers all the key subjects of my course. They can improve in hand on practice and real world teaching methods. Exams are of medium to hard level most times

Campus Life is lively, offering a range of events, clubs, and activities that promotes both social and academic growth. Clubs and societies encourage students to explore their interests, which has helped me connect with like-minded individuals.
The faculty generally has good expertise, especially in technical fields, and is supportive of student's academic and career growth.

The girls-to-boys ratio could be more balanced as boys tend to outnumber girls, which affects group dynamics in some classes and activities.
While facilities are good they can sometimes get overcrowded, especially during peak hours.

The curriculum is industry with areas like AI and software development. More hands-on projects and interactive teaching methods could improve real-world readiness. Exams are fair , but require consistent prep.

I like most the beautiful campus , it's infrastructure
It's placement is good, basically it depends on your hard work.

Very crowd in college, there are many students here
As there are many students in each branch mainly in CSE so there is high competition.

As the course is lastest or industry based so it helps in getting placement is excellent and syallabus is good any work can study with little effort and exam level are Moderate but some time easy and hard .

I would say that the college is really good

The teachers here are very great and help in everything
The infrastructure of the college is better

The campus is very small and there is a college outside

The education here is very good and all kinds of competitions take place here, at national and international level. The teachers here are very good at it, one does not even feel that one is studying in a university and the timing is also different.

infrastructure and maintaince is way good,the collage life and decoram is beautiful.
Excellent food courts and refreshment store all around the campus.

Hectic schedule of classes,whole day you will burn out.
Climate is too hot and too cold their is nothing like moderate.

I think curriculum should be more advances and should be more praticaly based and with ongoing trends . The exam frequency is good as they take test for every 2 units so one should prepare well and mid term and end term exam also.

The last date to apply and book slot for examination will be three days before the conduct of the LPUNEST Examination. The results of the examination will be released within 48 working hours.

Yes, since you have completed a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering you can apply for lateral entry in the B.Tech CSE course of LPU. You will be granted direct admission if you have scored 90% marks or above in the diploma degree, otherwise admission is based on the merit of LPUNEST.

Meri 12 th hogyi h mujhe one year k diploma krna chahti hu fashion designing m is it available or not?

LPU does not any one-year diploma courses in Fashion Designing. However, the university offers a three-years Diploma in Fashion Designing course that can be pursued right after passing Class X examination.
