As Chandigarh University is NAAC A+ certified university, they follow certain norms to decision the curriculum every semester, They also make us do a MOOCs course, in which we can do a certification course of our own choice. And if we talk about our academic calendar, 4months are given to classes and exams, 1 and a half months are given to Industrial visit and events.

Course curriculum are well maintained as per UGC And several COs and POs were followed by every department. There were two internals also known as MSTs and one external examination throughout each semester.

Curriculum is alright. Most teachers who teach are not assigned to the subjects that they know which in turn makes it difficult for both the teachers and the students. The topics are decent but the exams are a bit to tightly scheduled making it a rush for some teachers to complete the required portions in time.

I chose this course because I like maths and physics since I was in my 10th class. There are different teachers for different courses and are well qualified many of them are PhDs and masters in their subjects. There are a total of 3 exams per semester i.e. Mst1 Mst2 and finals and the units are designed according to the exams.
