Mumbai University M.Com admission at all affiliated colleges and University departments are based on merit (marks secured in the qualifying examination). Candidates seeking admission need to fill the application form with a pre-enrollment form online. After the registration process is completed, affiliated colleges of the university will release merit lists of selected candidates based on marks secured in the qualifying examination. Mumbai University M.Com Course Details

- Candidates are required to maintain at least 75% mandatory attendance.
- The course is a semester type and contains four semesters ( two each year).
- In semester I & II, there are 6 credits for every core course (4 in each semester), total credits for each semester I & II are 24.
- For the semester III & IV, there are 18 credits for elective courses and 6 credits for project work in both of the semesters.
- Total credits for semester III & IV are 24 credits (18+6).
