The faculty of my college is almost good. Some teachers are professor from Oxford universities, so they know how to deal with their courses and also students. But the course in subjects is out of the mind like beyond the course.
NLIU has several experienced faculty members and many new faculty members have joined recently. Most of the faculty members are helpful and have a good grasp over the subjects that they teach. Faulty members regularly attend conferences and workshops to improve their knowledge.
The faculty in NLIU isn't really extraordinary to say. There are some teachers who are well and brilliant in there field however most of the faculty that has been recruited recently isn't upto the mark.
The faculty were very qualified, most of whom had significant publications and exposure to international best practices, as it was a national law school of some eminence. Subjects were allotted on the basis of their specialisation. However, teaching is an art unto itself, and save some teachers (who incidentally did not have a pedigree) who taught, others were academics - very qualified, but not very advanced in pedagogical skills.
The faculty of my college was superb. The institution is an autonomous body and the faculty is of utmost importance to it. The faculty had great experience not only in theoretical part of the studies but also in practical field which allowed the students to go after apt internships and placements thereafter.
Being a premier institute, one of the best Professors of law teach law in National Law Institute University. Also the resource modules provided after prepared by Professors after in depth research.
As it's a National Law University so Legal portion is so good, but in terms of technical they are still working on to achieve a good cyber lab. Overall teaching staff is so well educated.
The faculty is good at their subjects and is admitted in the college through U.G.C.N.E.T exam and are highly qualified processionals and PhD holders.
