M.Tech. Energy Engineering is a 2 year post graduate degree course in which a student gets the in-depth knowledge of various facets of energy. The scope of employment after completing master’s degree is very big for Energy Engineers. Top companies recruiting energy engineers in market are Reliance industries, Cairn, Adani, Essar and Technip and can expect a starting salary of around 1 lakh to 4 lakh per annum.

The course introduces students to various forms of energy and their importance in our lives and for the development of our nation.
Students study in deep about solar energy, non-conventional energy sources, biomass, energy storage technologies, auditing techniques and also about Indian energy scenario.

The fee structure is purily feasible and varies for each school and department The fee structure in school of engineering and technology is around Rs. 9000 per semester excluding hostel and mess fee. Courses which don't require labs have even less fee around 6000 rupees.
The fee structure is very much feasible and can be affordable for everyone We have to pay only 2000 as our tuition fees per semester and 4000 as lab fees 600 for medical fees 300 for library fees and 20 for NSS fees.
