I have been passionate about the Computer Science course and i am loving in studying what i am interested in. the curriculum not only teaches us about our subjects but also helps us in developing communication skills, project managment and entrepreneurship skills. There are various practicals and workshops to give us practical real world knowledge.

The NIT Hamirpur curriculum provides a solid foundation in CS and enginnering fundamentals. but it quite outdated in terms of real world application and industry world.Overall it is good for developing basic knowledge.

Coming to the course curriculum in the first year all the students have the same course curriculum. The curriculum includes all the essentials things need to be known by every engineer in the first year and later on they will focus on the particular area in which we are interested.Coming to exams part there will be one mid sem exam and one end sem exam in every semester. The difficulty level of exam is standard.

our college curriculum is changed from this year for first means means for us now we need 75 percent otherwise faculty can detain us before it was 50 percent and the cgpa is also now too tough to score ad cgpa is increased by 5%
As Computer Science and engineering are popular these days. I chose this course because I love problem-solving. I enjoy the technical site so computer science fits best me. The student-teacher ratio is 10:1 to ensure every student gets to follow the activity properly and remain attentive throughout. Faculty members are very experienced in their fields and look for the overall development of students in their subjects. All the faculty members are well-qualified, and all are punctual on time. The course curriculum focuses both on the theoretical and practical knowledge of students. The courses eventually change over time. Term exams are not so tough to pass. Regular attendees can easily pass the examination with a good pointer.
The course curriculum is quite well but the faculty needs improvement as half of the faculty is contractual. Student to faculty ratio is not well. Because of the high demand and scope, I choose this course. Exams are fairly easy to pass as compared to our boards.
The course curriculum is good and I choose a dual degree because in 5 years it was given me 2 degrees. There are a lot of students in computer science. there are subjects which are provided by the college but they dont have teachers for them so they are not chosen in open electives. Highly qualified faculty and all teach in their own style but it is good. Mid-semester exams are medium-rated and ends and semesters are difficult but not that difficult to pass. there are a few teachers who fail the students but this is good since they are impartial.
My Course consists of B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science. The total duration of the course is 5 years. I chose this course because of the benefit of an M.Tech Degree and a B.Tech Degree, All Faculty members are really supportive and masters of their respective fields.
The faculty is good and knowledgeable. Though you have to study by yourself and you won't be spoonfed. Most students start studying a week before the mid-semester examination and a month before the end semester examination. Youtube lectures which are easily available, in addition to that teacher's notes and books which teachers have subscribed forms the major part of the preparation material. Good lab facilities are provided to give the practical outlook of the course you're studying.
Fee Structure depends on family income of the students. If the family income is less than Rs 1,00,000 per annum then tuition fees is around Rs 9,000 per semester. If the family income is in between than Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 5,00,000 per annum then tuition fees is around Rs 30,000 per semester. For rest of the students fees is around Rs 73,000 per semester. The hostel and mess fees is same for all students that is around Rs 20,000 per semester.
