Campus life is so good because of infrastructure and new buildings.
Campus is full with different types of plants and tress and all. Theri is biodiversity garden also in campus.
Teaching methods and practicals according to the thery which assigned us is so good and valueable for future jobs

Dislikes

Their no hostel accomedation in to campus for boys. Their is facility for girls from all the departments or institute but their is boys hostel only for MBA students only.
Their is low ration of boys vs girls in different departmwnts like their is high ration in CSE but low in Mechanical and Electrical.

Placement Experience:

So you are eligible for placement from 7th semester lik you van approch company by your contects like off campus and you can approch them on campus too. Their is placement cell which connects you with the different companies. Their are so many companies visited like alstom, micron , ABB, LnT etc and placement percentage is also good.

Likes

The campus is really aesthetic, filled with lawns while being in the center of the city.
The faculties are very experienced, almost everyone having a PhD.

Dislikes

There is no accomodation for students on the campus.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start right from the 6th semester. Companies start coming for internship roles with possibility of full time employment. A broad list of companies visit for various roles in tech , non tech and IT.

Extra curricular activities are also good.

My honest college review

Likes

Campus life was great and you get lot of pop
Technical and non technical events are best
College culture and educational systems is excellent

Dislikes

Attendence criteria is not that good as it is 85%
Groupism on the basis of status of people
No boys hostel inside the campus for btech students

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college if you say initially then it is good , it provides something around 10-11 lacs on an average in the starting position after bachelor degree from this college and also there is a place co for students to get ease in placement process

Good Infrastructure & Campus . Nirma have a good brand value.
Good placement record. III placement cell provide regular informations about interships and other beneficial oppotunities.

Dislikes

Students are mostly been taught theortically not practically , but because of few clubs students are getting some workshops which helps a lot .

Placement Experience:

In campus many companies are visiting so as far as i know there is good placement provided by NIRMA UNIVERSITY . CS average package is around 10 to 12 lakh and ECE around 8 lakh , Electrical around 6-7 lakh same for mechanical . chemical around 5-6 lakh .

The course was good enough to make our knowledge with the best attitude
The clubs are also good enough to learn with prectical and technical knowledge
The faculty are good enough to draw ourself for the future opportunities

Placement Experience:

The highest package was 14LPA, The minimum package is 3LPA, Students have to maintain a CGPA of around 7.5. Many companies are coming to the campus for placements like L&T Schneidermains Adani Power Tata Power MG Motors Tata Motors JSW FLIPKART etc.

I have chosen this course. because this is my dream field. When I was in 12th standard then I decided to go to this college and this field. There are 80 faculties in our college and around 2500 students in our college. All the faculties are well qualified.

Internships at startups

Likes

Campus has very rich variety of fauna and the greenery is abundant in the campus.
The infrastructure is really good and the overall cleanliness is very well maintained.

Dislikes

Not all festivals are celebrated equally and to celebrate these festivals we have to go out of campus.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are really good, big companies also recruit from the campus, and the percentage of students being placed is also very high. The highest package reaches up to 40lpa. My plan is to sit for placements and get a job after I complete my degree.

Nirma University college review

Likes

Campus is clean and hygienic. It is nature friendly campus. There is no pollution.
Food is good in the canteen. And hostel are also good.
Nirma has very big cricket ground and much more sports facilities.

Dislikes

Exams are taken per month so you have to work overnight to pass the exams.
Institute gives large number of assignments.
Classes are also from 8:45 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. That is very hectic schedule.

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester, you can apply for internships or placements. Companies like Samsung R&D, Media.net, Reliance, Oracle etc visit our campus. The highest package is 20 lacs and the average package is 8 lacs in the batch of 2023 in the CSE branch in core highest is around 9.5 lacs and the average if of 6 lacs. My plan after my degree is to get placements.

Nirma-The place for excelling!

Likes

Every semester has at least one Industrial Visit.
There is also an Entrepreneurship Cell, which encourages you to take up you startup idea, if any.
The events that take place, provide a great exposure for the students to showcase their talents.

Dislikes

The schedule is hectic for the students.
Attendance criteria should be a bit relaxed.
Any student, of other college as well can enter the college premises without any checking.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement facility is available for the students in the university. The campus placements begin from the 6th and 7th semester. Students start receiving mails regarding internship opportunities right from the 4th sem, based on their interest they can apply. The students can undergo any internship programme, by appling off campus as well. Currently the companies which have approached my branch for internship is Reliance, Amazon and few IT companies as well. The core companies in my branch are: Relaince, Adani, Tata, Siemens, Mahindra and Mahindra, Flipkart. Average package is around 5-6 LPA, lowest being around 3 LPA and highest around 10-11 LPA, as of the previous batch. The percentage of students getting placed depends on the number of students who sit for the placement, as everybody do not opt for placement after undergraduation. Roughly the percentage of students getting placed would be around 80-85%.

Nirma University is well known for providing immense career opportunities and also ranked among the top 100 by the NIRF. Nirma University is ranked 16 for Law by India Today 2020. It is also ranked 44 for MBA, 17 for Pharmacy, 131 for BTech by NIRF 2020.

First-year students should know the basic information about Nirma University such as admissions, placements, faculty, scholarships, facilities, etc.

Admissions:

The college offers several specializations in architecture, science, management, technology, pharmacy, and law.
The college accepts students purely based on merit and performance in the entrance exams.
