- Candidates should have passed 12th under the 10+2 Scheme/ Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized University with English, Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Mathematics as subjects with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks.

AIIMS Delhi B.Sc Admission Guidelines
Admissions to B.Sc program at AIIMS are entrance based and candidates should hold a valid entrance exam score. All seats are filled strictly on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by the institute itself.
- The entrance exam is conducted in Hindi and English languages and is held in 14 cities across the country.
- Candidates can take their program of choice and once results are out, shortlisted candidates are called for personnel assessment depending on the program specialization.
- Counselling for B.Sc courses shall be held online details of which are available on the official website.
- The counselling has three rounds out of which the first two rounds are online and the final round is held in physical form.
- Candidates are allowed to change institutions and subjects in all rounds.
