The best part is the 50 percent objective pattern which keeps you in touch with the pg exam pattern. The exams are designed well as in its easy to pass and then there are questions that differentiate toppers ????. But overall the paper is made such that passingis never an issue if your basic concepts are clear

I always wanted to be a doctor. My parents also wanted me to be a doctor. That's why I chose this profession. I don't think any change in curriculum is needed. The frequency is also fine enough to get you engaged all year in your academics.

Being an autonomous institute, we have our own curriculum and it got to be the best. It includes all the relevant theoretical and practical skill that an MBBS graduate should know. Adding to it we are alaways taught something extra in order to have an upper hand in competitive exams. Semester exams are usually difficult with passing percentage varying between 70-80%. However Profs are quite lenient and about 95% people pass the exams, thanks to our lovely professors.

Our curriculum has been designed by MCC. It has been designed in a special way that enriches every individual with a love of knowledge and curiosity to gain it. It focuses on the individual enhancement of skill which further leads to the production of good doctors who are highly efficient and effective for society.

Yes, I’ve been to both the US and UK during my MBBS years at AIIMS New Delhi. But unless the students secure a research grant from ICMR, the trip is not sponsored. This means that they have to pay the expenses from their own pocket.
For a research grant, you’ll have to get a good research work done and present it to ICMR in a conference. Through a research grant, you’ll travel to the US or UK without having to spend a single penny.
On the other hand, electives to Oxford, Harvard, Hopkins are self-funded by the students. They go abroad for their electives during vacations.
