- I liked the college campus area, auditoriums, air conditioned classes and library.
- College techers are helping hands to the students they are so humble.
Dislikes
- I disliked not completely but somewhat the senior junior culture in the college.
- I did not liked the job oriented mindset been set for the students not for the development on the whole.
Faculty:
Faculty members are well qualified some of the information I can provide regarding to their educational qualification, they hold especially mtech degrees from reputed institutes of the country or outside.

- Good Teaching techniques, World class laboratory for practical knowledge, on campus internships and placement
- Organising numerous seminars at National and International level, Good environment for extra curriculars, Top Sports facilities
Dislikes

Faculty:
The faculty to student ratio is , if I talk about my batch there was 42 students and faculty was 7 and this was the ratio with all the branches so ,I can conclude a ratio of 6-7 students per teacher. Teachers delivers lectures on daily basis on green board as week as smart board as per the requirement to make students understand the respective topics. Teachers and students interaction is very friendly and smooth ..as we were told very first day of our college that we are a family. Hence teachers act as family members very friendly and interactive towards us.

- Relations between Seniors and juniors, they are very helpful.
- Location of east campus is very good, it is situated beside Kanpur Zoo, so there remains fresh air.
Dislikes
- Distance between the east campus and the west campus is very large.
- In west campus you don't get afternoon meal.
Faculty:
The professors are highly qualified. All the HODs have got their PHDs from prestigious colleges like IITs and NITs. They are very helpful, provided you approach them with a mindset of doing something.

Faculty:
Faculty is good , highly qualified. They had done their post graduation from reputed institutes like IITs, NITs, etc. But you should not completely depend on them. You have to develop your skills on your own.
Likes
- Faculties are more educated and gradueted like IIT Delhi,Kanpur Qualified almost 80-90% Faculty
- Placement & Internship are very very good at on campus placement
Dislikes
- Old building are not maintainted by college finance department
- major thigs i dislike only old building at hbtu
Faculty:
hbtu faculty are well trainted and more educated and many more iit and foreign university qualified teacher from various course like they are mainly doing IIT & foreigh university in MSc and PhD qualified

- Things i liked in this college is exam conducting bodies and curriculum and very important senior junior connection where senior help juniors in most helpful way.
Dislikes
- I think the things i disliked about this college is support of faculties and the distance of hostels of 2nd 3rd and final year hostels from main college where classes are scheduled.
Faculty:
Most of the faculty members are well qualified and have completed their Ph.D from reputed institutions and many faculties are even qualified from hbtu itself. But sometimes there is a lack of support from them where it is much needed

- The curriculum of some courses are outdated
- The placement of engineering branches have low placement
Faculty:
The most important thing we must look in any university is the faculty to student ratio and the college provide 5:1 ratio for that. The facilities provide a very helpful interaction to their students. Anyone can approach them during class or in their cabin as well.
Likes
- The college curriculum is best no pressure is given on student
- The attendance is not an issue here we are able to give exam even if we it is not 75
Dislikes
- The students which come to hbtu are mostly from up so no exposure is given
- The labs in college does not have advanced instruments as a up top government institute should have
Faculty:
The faculty which we get here in first year is mostly the guest faculty only some main professors come for teaching they are mostly mtech and PhD in their field they give us different pdf files for giving us an insight of the chapter in the form of notes , from second year we are alloted our regular faculty teachers and till final year it continues. Teachers are good and helps students in explaining concepts easily
Likes
- College provides various opportunities to the students in various fields such as sports, other cocurricular activities .various other colleges also visit our college for various competitions , there is proper arrangement for all types of activities.
- College overall a decent infrastructure. The classrooms are well air conditioned as well as proper cleanliness is also maintained inside the college premises. there are various canteens available for the college students and several are under const.
Dislikes
- The Hostel facility of the college is not much good. The hostels of the college are not properly maintained . Their infrastructure is not properly maintained by the management like the toilets and mess of some hostels are not maintained properly.
- The labs of the college are not properly maintained by the management. Some of the instrument appear to be slightly damaged and not working properly. Due to which some difficulties are faced in taking important and precise readings during the exper.
Faculty:
The college has good faculty members. The faculty of the college is well-qualified, most of the are PHD degree holders in various fields. Most of them are aged and experienced and they share each and every thing with their students, so that they can build a faculty-student bond. Most of the faculty members of the college are graduated from our college due to which they provide personal as well academic assitance to the students. The mentorship qualties of all the faculty members is very good. They always welcome their fellow students in any type of problems . They also encourage their students to participate is various other things other than academics. The main goal of the faculty in the college is to make their students a good product for the nation, and the faculty of our college are well aware about their goal. They provide assignements to the students to check their capabilty. They deliver the lectures in a very easy and interactive manner by considering the real life examples.

- I loved my college because of its culture and academics.
Dislikes
- I disliked my college because of its internship and placement opportunities.
Faculty:
Faculties are very humble and polite in nature and are very educated. They have a professional nature and are very highly experienced and always love students. Faculty come from well known government colleges.
