Remarks :

Positive remarks : TCE is place the students after complete degree they got job (Almost students are placed in on campus not all 100 %) Negative remarks: I think there is no negativity in my college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

In my college, latest syllabus are learn and implementing in labs programs.I studied MCA has six semester, first five semester have 5 Theory papers and 2 practical papers. In each and every semester have three internal exams, and select the best of three exams and calculate average marks as 50,and external exam conduct as 100 and convert into 50. Then sum of internal and external marks as 100

Placement Experience :

In my college, most of the IT companies are coming for recruitment process, like TCS, CTS, INFOSYS, Zoho, Amazon, Accenture, and some alumini startup companies are also coming for recruiting process. Each companies has different selection process and eligibility criteria.

College Events :

In our college, more events conducting department cultural, in that each department has performed on different day. Events are singing, dancing, drama, musical performance. And then conducting technical competition like quiz, coding, debugging error.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

In my college mca has three different fees structure, 1.aided - those who select sheet from council under aided quota. Fees 26000 per year 2.self fiance - those who select sheet from council under self fiance quota. Fees 38000 per year 3.management - no need to attend council, direct admission Fees 52000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship only available for aided and self fiance students, not for management students. Scholarship amount will vary based on caste. And l didn't apply for loan, but college should give fee structure for entire course, then education loan offering by nationalize bank.

Campus Life :

Pre placement training class in every Wednesday afternoon for prepare placement, two labs section in every week for doing labs projects. And all types of sports are available, and conducting department matches also.

Hostel Facilities :

My native home town is Madurai, so I did not refer for hostel. But hostel facilities are good, infrastructure too. There are two types of hostel, with Ac and without AC. Wifi zone, washing machine, mess with good foods and snacks.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumini is one of the best support for us helping via placement share their experience about attend interview and give tips for interview. And mainly guide to develop our skills outside of academic. Senior are helping many ways take seminars on difficult topic. Share their ideas.

Admission :

I attend a TANCET exam after complete under graduate B. Sc Computer Science, and admission based on marks in entrance exam.And then attend council in CIT college, Coimbatore and finally I got admission in Thiagarajar college of Engineering for (MCA)

Faculty :

In our department totally 12 faculty, including HOD. And Eight of them are completed doctorate, and two faculty are doing now. All are experienced in teaching and explain the topics with real time examples. And give additional activities related to subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose these courses for already completed bca and I am doing the next step for that so I chose the course. They prepare really well for the curriculum pursuits They need to reach the students with very advanced methods and get to all the students to be clear about the notes The timing of the exam was less to prepare for the exam.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th Semester students are eligible for placements for this course. Top companies visiting NITT are Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, etc. The highest package is around 40LPA, the average is around 12LPA and the lowest IS is around 5LPA. Around 90% and above students are placed every year. The top roles offered are SDE, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.

How the Nit college for MCA

Placement Experience:

In Nit trichy the course is of three year and after first year student can take internship from the company and after second year student can sit for the campus placement. Many big companis like Amazon, google, microsoft, Goldmans and there are around 100+ companies came for the campus placement for the MCA students. Higest Averge company offer is fifty lakh by Amazon EWS for MCA and averge package is around 10 lakh and in this year Mostly companies came for data science and data anaylyst then software developer and lastly for web dveloper. Around 95 % students get placed in my time of the 2023 year . After getting the degree from the college as I have placed so my plan is to do the job

The college is studies wise is average level only. The Management need make more facilitates to the students. College bus cost is too high. per year we have to pay Rs. 15000/-. Staffs all should be experience. most of the staffs in that college is freshers only. that affects students studies.
