- I like the facilities available including air conditioner, lab equipments, projector screen for slideshow, canteen and overall the campus

- I do not like the multidisciplinary courses that we have to study in the first year making it little burdened for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.
Internships Opportunities
The students can apply for internship to other reputed institutes and it is likely possible that they will get accepted since they are part of Presidency University which is definitely a very reputed university.
Fees and Financial Aid
The semester fees is 1225INR. However, newly admitted students are required to pay some admission fees which is quite affordable. The fees is same for any caste. As far as I know, there is no financial aid or scholarship available since the fees is kept minimal.
Campus Life
The college gives a lot of exposure and quite a happening social life. There are various clubs available for students to join and participate. Programs, conferences, workshops, and so on are held frequently to encourage students to engage in such activities to enhance their skills and build an overall personality.
Admission
I applied to other colleges of Kolkata which are under Calcutta University. But Presidency definitely stands out among all since it provides a good academic and social life. The admission process includes an entrance examination and the students can take admission through counselling based on their respective ranks.
Faculty
There are enough professors for each subject. The faculties are very much approachable and they are definitely the high quality teachers who makes us learn things in the best way possible. There are two semester exams held for each year. It is very much revelant to whatever taught in class. Therefore it is required to attend classes and those who do not might fail due to lack of understanding.
Night Life
Generally libraries are closed at 5pm. Public area and grounds are always open to everyone and various kinds of functions and sports are held in the evening. Cafeteria is not quite active at night except for tea and coffee. However, various food stalls are available when a huge program is held at night.
