Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is quite relevant and comprehensive, especially for students pursuing a career in commerce. One of the main reasons why i chose this course was because of its strong foundation subjects like accounting, business law, and economics.

Placement Experience

4

Currently my college doesnt offer direct campus placements for all courses. These events help us builf soft skills, learn about corporate expectations, and explore internship opportunities. Students usually start preparing for placements and internships from the 4th and 5th semester. While some reputed companies like EY, diloitte, KPMG etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am in 1st year right now, and i have paid 17000 as my 1st year fees. I live with my parents so no pg or flat expenses. The fees is same as my batchmates there is no less fees as in category wise. The faculty is nice, infrastructure is nice and reasonable according to a girl's college.

Campus Life

4

Our college hosted an annual fest called "ullas" which took place in feb and it was very good. I enjoyed so much, it was filled with competitions, food stalls and many more. The library is well stocked with many books especially useful during exam time or research. Sports facilities are available and students actively participate in activies like yoga, football, badminton etc. i even make content and use my college clips in it, its great.

Admission

I chose this college because it is one of the most reputed colleges under Delhi University with a good academic environment and active student societies. Though some of the other colleges had slightly better infrastructure, i felt the overall vibe and opportunities here matched my goals!

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio in our college is quite balanced, and most professors are approachable and supportive. They are helping, and are kind. The overall quality of teaching is good. The course structure is well designed and covers both theoretical and practical aspects of commerce.

Night Life

3

While our college doesn't have a traditional "nightlife" on campus, students definitely had find ways to unwind after classes. The college campus generally classes 5-6pm, and the library and cafeteria also shut around the same The locality around the college is generally safe, especially in daylight, and the area around is pretty pourche and pretty. And it is safe to roam around. I live an hour away from college so i go back home at time and couldn't hang out at night too much..

Course Curriculum Overview:

When i was applying to the college i looked at the course structure and i thought its pretty good i would love to study this but the reality was completely different once i joined the college. i'd say couse just got rebranded via NEP but it's not worth at all to study this couse. i found zero relevence of this course in real world applications the entire course need to be re-structured as soon as possible its not worth at all to study subjects that makes no sense for Bcom srtudent

Placement Experience:

The college provides internship opportunities from the 2nd year onwards. The college provides 20-30% definite placements to the students. And almost 80% of students get internship experience and exposure from the college itself. Placement packages are average but also depend on the person and his/her skills. The average package ranges from 2.5-3.5 lacs approximately. Top recruiting companies like AIMS India, Insurance companies, and E&Y. Many more companies visit onboard for the opportunity of Jobs and internships. My immediate step after the degree of graduation is to have practical experience in the real world and work to gain that exposure and have my further studies post that.
