I am in first year so not enough knowledge about this thing Upcoming year will give me idea about this thing But as far as I have heard form senior Quite good not outstanding I have to wait for another three years to answer

Placement is going decent in this recession period It's actually 15.43 lpa So quite good Starting of fourth year student elegible for campus placement Bcg bain Highest was about 85.23lpa Average is 15.43lpa Last year around 65 percent Getting govt job

I had paid 236700 for 1 year and it will increase subsequently in the coming years Dtu have fee concession provided you have valid reason and documents for availing that concession Tuition fees is 1,55,000 and other non refundable charges are approv 86000 Its same for every btech branch Dtu fees waiver Nsp Dell Mcm for delhi Students (residence) These are the scholarship that dtu students can avail

Campus Life

It's good annual function name is engifest and tecfest name is I don't remember Even you can avail a lot book through your id card Sports is decent not so good A lot social service are going on in this campus

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is not so great for first year But eventually after it you will get better hostel like apj cvr and many more Meal quality is decent Menu is goog but will get bore in a month Online you have to register for the hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 52000 per year

Admission

Due to chill environment I choose this college Even it is situated in Delhi Capital city That' give it a huge advantage It's legacy since 1941 Great tech consultancy culture Fest culture Chill attendance Study pressure not so tough

Faculty

Faculty is good, especially mechanical it and cse even civil teachers are really good But if you want to learn you have to go around them They are not going to care about unless you go to them Attendance wise they are good

Night Life

Night' life is good I have been to several outing And it was fun My first night out is in college itself It was great Gym is not good cafeteria is deltech mic mac nestle Hostel timing is good not that much strict

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

DTU -"More than Just a Tag"

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I've only given JEE Mains and It is nearby although I've opted this from othe jac colleges because I'm getting Core Branch. DTU is best in Core branchs(esp EE ME ECE) I've also applied for IPU colleges in which I'm getting CSE branch But I prefer It DTU over any other college. Admision Process is easy You have to apply through Jac Delhi Website.
