Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is well structured and cover a board range of topic relevent to the field . It provide a comprehensive understanding of key concepts, through certian areas could benefit from more practical application . The frequency and timing of exams along with curriculum activities are manageable and esay to handle not prblem at all.

Internships Opportunities

5

The company like nasa , google and microsoft give same opportunities to grab but very few student can grab those opportunities so its lil bit difficult but have so many companies to get a good job or internship

Placement Experience

5

Placements opportunity is very high in my college, From 6th sem you can apply for jobs Top companies which which like TCS and accenture etc Percentage of student select from campus around 70-80% My plan is to grab a good job .

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee i paid for my course is around 70k-75k rs per semester , making the total approximately 1.4 lakhs. Tuition fees are like 40000 rs Registration fee per sem 1200-1500 rs Development fee is around 1000 rs Lab fee = 5000 per lab classes Admission fee=20000rs Other fees are like 1000 to 3000 rupees •other branch like ece, ee fees are around 60000rs •if you're completed your study from west bengal board you can get some scholarship amount around 60000 per year for your study and expenses.. hopefully you liked my review ... Thankyou !!

Campus Life

5

my overall experience with the college life has been vibrant and excellent. The name of annual programs is lagrezza , xozi event and hardware event , In our library all type oof book are there to read For sports there are several team head to organise the sports events and support players to perform well Well we also got student run social groups like hardware club , green college, photography club etc

Admission

I have applied for several college near by my areas but important factor was placement opportunities. Asansol engineering college has strong industry connections and a dedicated placement cell that ensures students gets good internships and job opportunities. No i didnt get any rejection from any of the college I applied for but i have choose asansol engineering over every college because of its benefits and good opportunities... Addmission process: You have to give jee/wbjee and then you can apply for it .. Cutoff are like 1L to apply for wbjee In cse it goes around 50k and if your rank is from 50-80k uou can apply for other all the branches.

Faculty

5

The faculties are too good and kind to the students also they help a lot , Relationships between the students and faculty is pretty good too We have got like 50 student per faculty . I don't think i don't like any of the faculty as they are very supportive and kind in nature so no reason to hate them for real. •there i think we have to give 3 exams each sem means in a year we have to give 6 exams and difficulties level is mid.

Interview Experience

5

yes i was qualify for wbjee exam through which i join asansol engineering college , the level of exam is not so difficult it is quite esay if you prepared for jee the criteria is to submit wbjee rank and then they will alocate seat for you according to your rank then you can pay fee and study there and get success in your life , i prepare for these exam through youtube and it was enough to get itno this college ...

Night Life

5

The night life of our college is best as i told you the surrounding of the college is very very nice and well organised , Also you can go to gym cafeteria near by our college bname foodvilla , there is no library at the night time but have too many thing to do like play and walk around the college its a great experience

Placement Experience:

The senario of placement in all of the private colleges of West Bengal are more or less the same. Majority of the students are placed in Service Based Companies like TCS, Wirpo, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Cognizent, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. These companies offer anywhere from 3.6 to 6 lpa packages. Only a handful of Product based companies come in these private colleges and cherry pick 2-3 student per college only. This is the reality of all the private colleges, not just our college. If you want to crack a high paying job, you will have to do it off campus. The students are eligible for internships from the 6th semester itself. The college does try to provide internship to students but only a few students end up getting the internships and most students need to find internships on their own. Some companies which came in 24-25 session which offered an internship and PPO are Amazon, SAP Labs, Accenture, etc. For a detailed placement stat, go to our college's website and look for training and placement stats. The college is honest in putting these stats. The stats are mostly reliable. The highest off campus placement in 24-25 session was by Snehadeep De, who secured a SDE role in Amazon with 47 lpa CTC. This was off campus so the college had no role to play here. The highest on campus placement was by two students in the company Juspay. They were offered the SDE role for 27 lpa CTC. The average placement of all the CS branches will be around 5-6 lpa. And approximately around 60-65% of the students get placed. This is the ground reality. And its the same in all of the WB private colleges. If you want to keep a backup option in case you don't want to get a 3.6 lpa job then start preparing for GATE, CAT or Civil Services from your second year. Its always preferred to have a backup option cause you can't trust a private college for providing you jobs.

The minimum placement opportunities of our college is good . If you are in good in aptitude, Group discussions and your CV and technical skills are strong then you can easily crack a 7-10lpa job from our college. Overall our college provides decent opportunities for our placements but you need to maintain certain GPA to sit on those placements

After the 6th semester we are eligible for the internship, also we can apply for both on campus and off campus placements. In our college some companies like Geotech, Infosys, Code Clouds, Unibit solutions visit every year. Average package is in the range of 3.5-5 Lakhs per annum and highest package is nearly 6-7Lpa. But post covid time our placement record decreased a bit. Nearly about 80-85% of CSE students get placed every year. Also I am currently appearing in interview of different companies for placement.
