Glimpse of IIT Kharagpur

I have taken 3 courses this year and the courses I have taken is as Transform calculus as this subject is mainly about math and linear alzebra. 2nd one is of Thin film and this is course of chemical deopartment \. and 3rd one is sports and well being.

The year wise fees is pain is around 320000 per student or 3lakh 20 thousand per student. Tution fees is per semester is 100000 or 1lakh,caution fees is around 10K, registration fees is 800rs, development fees is 1000, lab fees is 3000 and also for mess and hostel its around 50K. If any student from SC, ST then he doesn't has to pay fees and also if person is from EWS and his family income is less than 1lakh then he doesn't pay any tution fees. only has to pay mess and hostel fees. in my batchmate 2 of my friend is from Sc, St so they only pay fees for mess and hostel and for general one they pay whole fees per semester 1.5Lakh. SC, ST scholarships.

in campus we have fest as of sping fest, kshitij fest and also in different department there is fest. I will suggest that if you choose this campus it will be very nice. As here there is different type of clubs from where you can directly go to INTER IIT for competation from this club and also you can get more opportunity to move forward in life.

the collage is better from others an here the placement is very good and also the campus is very good and old. here the alumni contact is very nice as u know that sunder pichai and kejariwal is alsum of IIT KGP. the collage process is from councelling and then we do choice filling of department and then we take admission.

The faculty is very good and aslo supportive they support in studies and also financuly. Amreesh Chandra Sir he is very good prof he helped me in learning his course of sodium battery. All the faculty is very nice and also supportive. in semester there is 2 exam one is mid sem and 2nd one is end sem and also there is a huge amount of class test.

No during admission there is no written test or any interview. As we have given exam before only JEE Advance so there is no exam. First you have do councling in which you choose collage and department and after that collage which you get selected give you a paticular date to reach there. then after you reach your document verification is there and after verification your admission is completed.

yo can join gym in just 500rs for year and you can use any equipment what ever you want. and library is open for everyone and for whole year. it opens in morning 7am till night 12pm. Hostel is good you get MMM and LBS in 1st year and the you are shiften in other hostel for oyher years.
