Chandigarh university consistently achives around 50% placements for eligible students and ranges from 2lakh to 10 lakh per annum for engineering students gradutes . with some packages going upto 20 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid :

Chandigarh university's fees structure varies by course .. for example b tech program typically costs around rs 12,0000 per semester while program like BBA and BCA can cost approximately rs 10,6000 per semester and there is compulsory examination fees rs 2500 per semester and they conduct scholarship exam also [ CUCET ] whcih provide up to 100% wavier based on performance . there are also scholarships available for merit holders , wards for defense personal and sports achievers

Campus Life :

my overall experience with chandigarh university has been quite positive with a balanced mix of academics , social activities ,and extra curricular environment ... and regular cultural event , fest , and celebration like cu fest , sports meeting and tech fest offer a lively social life

Admission :

the chandigarh university offers a high placements rate with top companies like microsoft , amazon and google . strong focus on IT and manegemnet sector .. other college had decent placements but were limited in industry tie ups especially in core engineering fields ..

Faculty :

Faculty members of chandigarh university [ CU ] are generally well qualified with many holdings and advanced degree . the teaching staff is know for being approchable ans supportive and focusing on both theory and practical knowledge ..its exam system is like CU follows a semester system with a mix of core , elective and skill based course ...

Night Life :

its relatively low key but still offers some good options for students .. the university itself has a strict campus policy .. so late night activites are limited within the campus ... just outside there are several cafes , lounges and food joints that remain open till late night

Placement drives are there. From the second last year of your course there are compulsory placement drives that you have to sit in. In placemrnt matter CU takes it very strictly and create evey situation that would bring the best out of the student of CU.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Fees structure is little expensive in our university. Bht if you maintain your scholarship then its great. If not then not all people can afford it. Speciallly its about CSE course and specialisation courses. They are bit expensive. The exam timing is of 3 hours for 60 marks of paper.

Placement Experience:

MBA students have 2 internships, one being chemical core internship, which is done after 3 year for 2 months which is not shifted to last semester of 4th year for 6 months. Apart from this, there is a 2 month internship for MBA part. Earlier it was 2 months but now it is, also 6 months in the last semester. MBA students gets their internships done, both paid and unpaid included. But for placements, that story is not so good.

Placement Experience:

I will only talk about computer science engineering and electronics engineering branch placements because other branches get some placements but not very good as compared to these two branches if you are a CSE student in this college then the average package for CSC is 8 to 10 lakhs and if you have some other skills the placement will be very good recently. Recently the highest package of a colleges 32 lakhs this was in campus placement the of compass placement is around 1.2 crore internationally if you are an electronic student here then there is packages 7 to 8 lacs it totally depends on your skills and your extra curricular activities that will help you to get a good placement from this college also there are many internships summer paid summer unpaid internship that are provided by the college in which you can apply and boshe your skills.
