Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I want to work as a medical professional. I want to help those in need. I love doing this course as it gives me idea of everything I need to know and help them. Curriculum is good and easy

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 78000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities in my department are higher as it a high seeking job. Most of our senior have gone to internships and gotten jobs and are thrilled to have studied here. Opportunities knock on the door always

Fees and Financial Aid :

Yearly I pay 78000 only for tuition with examination fee. Same amount is share for people without scholarship. Scholarship students pay less with merit. Most students are given scholarships based on their marks

Campus Life :

Event and fest are conducted every now and then. They are the base of what we have in our college. They are fun to go to and students love it as new people come to give us a very exciting experience in the college

Hostel Facilities :

In room, attached bathroom study table are provided. Food is provide up to expectation food are hygienic and meal quality is just okay. Process of hostel was very easy. The yearly fess comes around 1 lakh

Hostel Fee : INR 2147483647 per year

Admission :

I chose this college. And the admissions process was nice. People here are nice. Exams are not that hard and up to the course outcome. We need to maintain 75 attendance to appear the exam. Syllabus is up to expectation

Faculty :

Teachers are very reliable and friendly. They help when asked to and are brief. They teach us very well up to what they know and give materials required. They are strict when needed to be. They are like a parent

Night Life :

Gym are preceded. So many college cafe and restaurants are around with yummy food. College looks like a park and it's fun to walk around and enjoy time with friends and alone. Sports complex is paresent

Insights of Chandigarh University life of a student

Placement Experience:

Placement is a big scam in medical field . After 7th sem you are eligible for placement. They only provide 1 or 2 placement opportunity till now and the placement package is 2,40,000 per year not more than that . If we spend 3,60,000 for full course are we fool . Any one choose these such universities for more package not for their fame and name . But at last very few courses are there where students get good packages. There are 2 companies came for placement 1. Clear dekho 2. Lenskart Only 3 students are interested for the job and others are still struggling out of 40 students . After getting degree i will do masters so that i can come in teaching line and earn more and more .

My views for my university

Placement Experience:

students can capply on their final years for the placements. The campus placement is itself too good. Different big medical comapnies and hospitals such as apollo, and other use to select numerous students for placement. the highest package ever made is 1700000( seventeen lakhs rupess). almost 90% students get placement from our department. my plan is to get a good placement in a highly ranked hospital.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason to choose this course is that eye is a god gifted thing and the person who are not able to see it makes me emotional that this world is so beautiful and everybody has the right to see the same . When i was small , i was suffer from hypermyopia so all thr local doctors refused to treat my eyes and my family came to pgi for my treatment and hence i feel that this course should be opted and i opted thus course for which i came for my treatment. I feel so happy that i am studying here . Thus course is so beneficial for the upcoming generation as we all have certain types of problem regarding eyes and it us almost common in this era that everyone is myopic or hypermyopic so i feel that through this course i should know about what us happening in this modern era. This is total 4 year course that is three years for study and 1 year for internship. It provides ys how to deal with patients and it includes 6 semestersun total for 3 years .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested medical stream also this one can treat patients without medicine and surgery, so no side effects. Although the teaching faculty is not that much it is best from clinical aspects. The more Ilyou sees patients the more you learn. Faculty is MPT and Ph.D. holders in various fields. There is a semester system and it's not so tough to pass exams if you study well. The duration of the course is 4.5 years i.e. 4 years of study and 6 months of internship.

Remarks:

This is one of the best girls college under Punjab university near my home town. Teaching staff is excellent. Infrastructure is very good. Moreover my college provides scholarships and also gives relaxation to the needy students.
