Course Curriculum Overview :

I am from Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department.We have a old and experienced curriculum.I like the way how they change the curriculum based on present technology insights.The faculty mostly concerns about how we gain the knowledge rather than how we get the job or placement.

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 136000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placements in our college for circuital are good but for non-circuital departements it so pathetic. Most of the companies which are visiting our college include our alumni .Every company gives offer,but it will be mostly dependent on thier requiement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fee-62,500 for 2021-22 admitted students One time fee- 24,200 includes registration fee annual fee- 9800 includes wifi,library,fest,exams and sports annual fee is added only once a year and festive fee for every semester Hostel fee- 44500 for each sem includes mess, wifi and room rent These all increases year to year based on demand of college

Campus Life :

We have four main fests .Aaveg for 1st years, Festember is annual cultural festival, Pragyan is annual techno manegerial fest, Nitt fest is inter departmental cultural fest, Sportsfete is inter departmental s

Hostel Facilities :

We have room to room wifi,RO water supply,geyser ,mess and a gym.There are 6 girls hostels and 22 boys hostels.Girls have 2 messes and boys have 7 messes.Girls have north and south mess.Boys have mess for state cuisines also like Keral,Andhra and North.Girls have curfew thet should reach hostel by 9:15 in weekdays and 9:45 in weekends .We have sign out system.Everyone should leave by giving that at main security gate

Hostel Fee : INR 88000 per year

Admission :

I got a decent rank in JEE Advanced and I had an option to opt a decent and well profound IIT.But I am very paticular about my department that I want to opt for EEE . I got IIT Bhilai EEE compared to that NIT Trichy was best in NIRF ranking and near to my hometown and secured state.The placements for NIT Trichy and as it is established before 60 years the alumni of NITT is so well settled.

Faculty :

In universeties we shouldnt think about faculty-student ratio.It totally depends upon student that how he shows the interest and approachable.I am from Electrical and Electronics Department ,in our department we have so many profs who are highly experienced.Exam system for every department same and marking scheme is ethical.

Night Life :

There is no night life for girls as girls will be having night curfew other than on fest days.WE have gym,library and good cafeterias.The food which is available in cafeteria has good quality.Famous place in our college to hangout is MIG

Placement Experience:

From 5th senester students are eleigible for the placements. So your 5th semester cgpa is very important. This college provide placements from companies like zoho, accenture, tcs , hexaware, mitsogo and more. The highest package is 12Lakhs and lowest package us 3lakhs.60 percentage of students are getting placed each year. Its fully depend on your skills. My plan is to place in campus placements for a web developer role.

Panimalar : A paradise For The Learners

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible fro the placements and attends interviews from the sixth semester. And the college starts to provide special placeement training from the end of the sixth semester. Even I'm still not eligible to attend the college placements, I hear a lot from my seniors about the placements. From those informations, some of the major and high paying companies like Accenture, Infosys, Sutherland often approach college for the placement. I have no knowledge about the highest package but average package could be ranging from 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 LPA. The highest number of students that are getting placed are from Dept. of AI&DS. With overall count of students attending more than 50% students passes the aptitude and reasoning test round, 15% of students passes the Group Discussion round, and only 5-6% students passes the HR round and getting placed. I personally started to hate these 9-5 jobs after hearing from the seniors who got placed in so called "best IT companies". So, my short term plan is to get placed in a high paying IT company and work till i get fired by any means. My major and long term plan is to start a business with all the savings that I've saved from my job.
