Course curriculum is designed to make students industry experts and to guide students in professional life , Facilities teach us many things and time to time internship opportunities by the college helps in overall development of students.

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities in the campus are held by the IP University in main campus for pool placement offers and Training and placement cell help the students by giving training on communication skills Industry visits of students.

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible for Placements from 3rd year The college has a return on investment of 100%.The average salary of CS/IT/ECE branches stand around 6-7LPA.However core companies typically do not recruit from branches ECE/EEE/ICE.As a result,students from these disciplines are often required to develop coding skills.Additionally,companies often have a minimum CGPA cutoff for recruitment. Companies are ZS,TCS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT and HIGHEST package upto 64 LPA last year (off campus).

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1sr year 186500(10000 refundable) 2nd year 156000 3rd year 144500 4th year 136500 Total 600000 EWS scholarship is given by the GGSIPU University on the interview basis. forms are available in the month of April

Campus Life :

Annugoonj fest by the IP UNIVERSITY in Dwarka in January month. Bvest and Dandiya Nights also in October month. Library is excellent fully furnished and all the books for subjects are available Students can issue them Societies are active of Entrepreneurship, Singing, Dancing.

Admission :

Fees is affordable and placement records is decent also. College Training and placement cell is very active and help students achieving their potential carrier. For admission, you need to apply for GGSIPU BTech counselling on the basis of JEE scores and 85% seats are reserved for Delhi candidates

Faculty :

Most of the faculties are PHD holders and have excellent teaching experience. 5:100 is the faculty ratio. There are two mid semester exams of 30-30 marks. Internal -40 marks And external 60 marks You need 40 marks to clear the semester.

Students became eligible after 6th sem Companies that visited our college last yr were TCS Wipro ZS associates Infosys Capgemini etc Highest package was of around 15 lpa And avg package was of 6 lpa In a batch of 120 students 107 were placed

A real review from heart

Placement Experience:

Placement of college is very poor only 5-10 percent of students placed in our batch. From the 7th semester, students are eligible for college placements. There are e-rickshaw manufacturing companies visiting the college and a low level of packaging is offered. The highest package is about 5lakh per year and the average package is 2-3 lakh offered by companies. Only 10% of students placed. My plan is to get a good job after my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quite complete in the sense that all the basics are provided but can definitely be improved in providing specializations. The teachers are helpful and willing to share their knowledge and experiences and are extremely supportive outside the class if the need be. Industrial exposure is good however, one need to ask the management for the arrangement of industrial trips which may not occur otherwise. The placements at Jamia have been improving year by year. There are some highly reputed companies coming on campus and the packages are competitive.

Internships Opportunities:

I interned at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. which was unpaid. I was able to avail the internship through a competition which is organized by MSIL every year and of which Jamia is one of the best participants.

Remarks:
