Remarks :

Everything is good about the college except the college fee. Fee is quite more.

Entrance Preview :

I have entered to this college through OJEE and my rank was 29. As it is a international level college, I had opted this college.

Internships Opportunities :

Our college sent best students for the internship. I was not one of them, so I am not aware of the stipend. As had listen good review from my friends.

Placement Experience :

Our college bought lots of companies for placement. highest package was 15 lakh. Out of 240 nearly 215 student were place and some people got multiple job opportunity.

College Events :

Our college was mostly focus holi, advita, welcome and farewell ceremony. Now a days its also focusing the graduation day.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

college provide 10000 rupees to all the top 3 toppers from our college of each semester and year. Apart from that odisha govt offers PRERNA and CAFAS scholarship.

Campus Life :

College campus life was remarkable. Gender ratio is nearly male 60 and female 40. Collage offers lot of opportunity for extracurricular activity.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel were awesome and little bit problem on food.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior student were very helpful and they thought us many things for getting placement and for extracurricular activity.

Faculty :

Faculty are highly qualified like most of them are PHD holders. Anyone can share doubt with faculty at any point of them. Really faculty were very helpful.

Review regarding Nalanda Institute of Technology(NIT), Bhubaneswar

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

Students are available from 7th semester for their placements. This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Placement Experience:

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
