We have good administration and a very lush green campus. the proffesors are damn supportive

Dislikes

The things that i disliked is the mess food and infrastructure is not up to the mark rest everything is fine

Course Curriculum Overview :

the course curriculum is relevent and comprehensive in all aspects. my aim was to study electronics nd currently, i am pursuing it. since in the modern world electronics has too much of high potential. there is need for improvent in the teaching methodology rest of everything is fine and we have mid sem nd end sem in a semester so usually it happens after 2 months

Class Size : 85Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees for the general category is 1 lakh per semester and we have scholarships for different categories of students accordingly for e.g NSP and they get 20000 per year as their financial aid money. and there has not been a certain rise in the college fees and mess fees is 22500 rs for everyone and rest hostel caution money is 10000 which is taken from all

Campus Life :

My experience was overall very good. I enjoyed everything in the nit silchar..there r several clubs like gdsc, aaveg, symphonies etc..in which we can join and enjoy and we have facilities for all the sports including cricket, basketball etc..we have 2 fests annually named technosis nd incandescence.

Admission :

The application form will be released on the website itself. after giving jee mains we get the opportunity to study by getting the required branches according to our ranks. reservation benefits are also given to the needy ones. application fee for jee mains is 1000 nd it was released in December. and difficulty level of jee mains is comparatively on the easier side as compared to Jee Advance. rest no requirement for improvement in the admission process.

Faculty :

All the faculty members are highly qualified in their certain domains. most of them are doing research on their specializations. and the faculty-to-student ratio in labs is 6: 85. rest we can ask our doubts about faculty members comfortably ..they r very helpful

Crisp college experience

Placement Experience:

Placements in this college is quite decent . Students are eligible to sit for placements at the start of 4th year The average placement percentage was 90 percent last year with max package of 52lpa and average of 16lpa (for cs) .Among core branches , the mech department is quite good offers good packages and also have great faculties .

Faculty members are the best part of the college.

Placement Experience:

Almost 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest was 7 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA and the average is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Vodafone, Jio etc. Our college provides better placements compared to other private colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've been enthusiastic about exploring more about software and programming which influenced me to choose the course of Computer Science Engineering. With further development of artificial intelligence, it opens up better learning and job opportunities for students. In my university, computer science is taught by experienced teachers and faculty but it would be better if they were more inclusive of certain topics which are extremely important for the students and raising the level of teaching including practical learning and understanding and also examining the student's capability is one of the aspects to be included.
