Course Curriculum Overview :

The courses are all good.They contain a lot of information.By understanding the subject a person can gain a lot of idea about the topic.But the curriculum is very dense such that we need to learn a lot in one semester

Class Size : 72Course Fees : INR 44700 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are a lot of internship opportunities available.The college faculties can arrange internship for us.But most of time students find internship own their own.In civil engineering internship opportunities will be made available in airport,harbour, road construction and building construction field.

Placement Experience :

The college offers comparitively good placements with respect to other colleges.The average package is about 5LPA. The highest package is for computer science engineering.But core companies like sobha construction L and T also visit the college and hire students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Each semester will have a semester registration fees and then exam registration fees.These depends on the number of subjects we have in our semester.But most probably a student has to spend nearly 6000 rupees for semester registration and exam registration.There are also a large number of scholarships available to you. The fees structure is affordable compared to other institutions.

Campus Life :

There are mainly two fest Drishti and Dhwani. The former is a technical fest and the latter is a cultural fest.The classes are equipped with projectors and enough light and fans.Also there are large number of clubs that can enhance yourselves.

Admission :

The admission will be based on the rank list of the entrance examination KEAM. The students applying in KEA m will be given admission based on their KEAM score.There are reservations for special categories.The exams are based on your higher secondary syllabus.It is a little difficult but easy to crack.

Faculty :

For every department there is a minimum of 50 faculties.All the faculties are doctrate holders and post graduates from prestigious universities.They are filled with knowledge and can help us in improving our knowledge. They are very good guides.Also we can easily approach them without any fear.They make sure that everyone can try reach to them easily.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
