Remarks :

Bets Engineering College in kerala. It is ranked in the central government's ranking.Alsi it provides different clubs like cycle,H2O,green,NSS etc. Students in the campus get a very nice chance to feel the college's surroundings.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The CET is work under KTU. The syllabus of KTU is well updated and very useful to practice in day to day life. Very very good structure of exam. They conduct the exams in the correct schedule as oer their academic calendar.

Placement Experience :

The Placement and internships are managed by CGPU. It is specifically dedicated for placement and internships. They recruit the students to different companys. There is a huge number of companies they have connection with the college.

College Events :

Drishti,Disha,Tarangam,Sargam these are the famous events in kerala. Each student in kerala heard one of this name. It is very famous. The programs are conducted by college union and different commitees. Also the CETAA hall is always busy with any of seminar, calsses of special events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As a government college very less fees only require here. If you have e-grantz you have to only pay less than 2500.it vary based on the courses. The fee can be remitted through credit card. The fee collected by college administrative staffs.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Most of the government scholarships are offered here. No special scholarships from collge. If your eligibile for government scholarship then you will get it. As a government college you will have a huge chance to get scholarships from givernment it may be state or central

Campus Life :

Very good labs are provided here. MCA have 3 labs, Shri chirhira thirunnal computting facility, CCF and all block have its own labs. The other departments like mech electrical have seperate labs in the college. The one section of college id specifically arranged labs. The place is only for labs and workshops. Also college have planatorium, sports ground ,gym etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Best hostel. The fee for the hostel is very less. The hostels are tiled and very neat and clean. Mess facility is provided in the hostel. Seperate hostels for boys and girls. Different blocks for different year students.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Kerala's famous alumini association is here. CETAA.it ihave 80 years students strength. It have brances all over the kerala and even in Washington. The students of cet is very popular. Even the mission of chabdrayan 2 is done with the hands of cetians

Admission :

I attended the LBS entrance exam for MCA laterak entry and i got 12 th rank. So i choose the one of the best colleges, that is CET. LBS conduct two exams. One for lateral entry and one for regular entry. There are 3 government colleges and somany self finance colleges under LBS.

Faculty :

The best facultys in the kerala. They posses post graduation, Phd etc. And they have also very well knowledge in the current technologys and trends. They help us to do our projects seminar etc. They take classes regularly and complete the portions before exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed MCA at Nirmala College due to several reasons: • It is a course which is open to anyone who has passed any bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% and above. The only prerequisite is that one need to attend the annual LBS MCA entrance examination to secure admission to this course. • The syllabus of MCA in this college is affiliated with that of MG University, Kottayam. It is a vast syllabus covering various applications of computer science including programming in various languages such as C, Java, PHP, Python, data structures, algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, software engineering, networking, etc. • The course is theoretically good but practically it doesn't really equip all students with enough knowledge and understanding to be placed in a good IT company. Some portions could be excluded from various theory subjects such as Networking with TCp/Ip and Algorithms Analysis.

Campus placement is one of the next big things or advantages of tkmce. Every year top most MNC companies make recruitment from our college. Companies like TCS, Oracle, Byju's, Wipro, Capgemini, Ustglobals recruit students with good salary packages varying from 3 lakhs to 10 lakhs. And most of the students are guaranteed any of these offers. That's the reputation of tkm. More than 75% of students get placed in one of the topmost companies every year. The placement opportunities start from the beginning of the final year so that it ensures every student gets enough time to grab their opportunities. Remarks:

CUSAT is the best University in kerala. This is a government autonomous University that provides many courses and departments. So we can choose accordingly. And the placement package are also very high. Approximately 22 lac per annum. So i chose this university. But the problem is that the fees is higher for my course. For Mca per semester i have to pay 34000. But the hostel fees are very less. So there is no need to worry about the accommodation. The admission procedure starts at june. The application will starts at march. And the result will be published soon after the entrance examination. I have used the official website of department of computer applications used at for get getting informations about the placements and the faculties and the courses they offer.

Admission:

Generally for some courses they conduct group discussion, interview and written test also but for my admission procedure they conduct at written test only . The group discussion for some courses are generally based on current affairs and based on their subjects also. After getting eligible for the written test they interview us about our details . The Verification procedure is also conducted . So there will be 2 or 3 allotments after that they will conduct a spot admission for the the remaining seats basically they help the SC ST OBC Students.For MCA conduct entrance examination and after that I got into the spot admission . Also asked about me the personal details and we gave our certificates .

Remarks:

So that l don't have to join another college for my masters. This course enables me to get a degree and masters together. My collage also assures placements for students who have considerable marks. The course also has add on subjects like E commerce. It helps in familiarising in different computer languages too.

Entrance Preview:

I didi't opt for any entrance exam. I got admission on the basis of my undergraduate course result and i also gave the personal interview round.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, the college does provide internship facility to all the students. Placement teachers and alumni give training to all the students. So many big companies came to our campus and offer a very good stipend but the stipend depends on the role given by the university and on the sincerity of the individuals.
