Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum makes somewhat students busy in their daily routine which makes a student to spend more time and build the scope on the subject and the evaluation is hard so not everyone gets top marks as getting average mark is like getting top . Exams are good enough . They are actually challenging .

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 115000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are internship opportunities like taking chances on coding which built up with bew idea of running something there are internship on this college and they offer money around 5k per month with accommodation. This not that good but still better

Placement Experience :

There are around 120 companies average which come to take students and its quote challenging for this course as we are less in number so there are companies like Amazon Microsoft TCS Mahindra and many other with a least package of 4LPA & avg of 6.7 LPA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For my course it's like 56k per sem that's ok because comparatively I am learning data science and maths together in a b.sc degree which makes us quite competitive for challenging students from b.tech in placements and learning that is a good experience for us.

Campus Life :

If we come to the activities like events etc they are quite good they celebrate VIDYUT very well and onam is celebrate Das an event/fest every year and there even sport clubs and some clubs which engage students in a good manner

Hostel Facilities :

Coming to the hostel I am not that satisfied as I belong to hyd and I am leaving in kerala the food is one of the major problem they do not maintain good quality in food and the rooms are very small . It's OK to live but for others who want to join may prefer PG than hostel .

Hostel Fee : INR 70000 per year

Admission :

The admission process is of 2 types 1) entrance exam which is conducted by amrita itself which is not that tough its like +2 syllabus and even an average student can score 76% and if u cross 90 u will get concession on Fer 2)with 12class marks you will get admission but your fee is fixed and no scholarship will be awarded as awarded for type 1 guys

Faculty :

The student to teacher interaction seems good because they will be backing students and many of us in our batch make students to support even if they score low or make mistakes . They won't go on Toppers they actually back us which gives the student confidence ro boost himself to compete with others

Companies like TCS (3.33 LPA), Accenture (3.44 LPA), ICICI prudential life insurance (2.85 LPA), Intellipaat (7.25 LPA), Goan institute international consociation of education, Arvind fashions (2.66 LPA), Tenzotech (2.4 LPA), Chegg India (3.6 LPA) offer placements. This is the placement list of 2024. Here 7.25 LPA is the highest package. Companies place students in their companies based on personal interviews and tests. Only students with no supply at the time of applying for this placement can appear for tests and interviews. Near 50 percent students got placements and many other students opt for higher education and other jobs.
