Kannur University comprises 7 campuses that are well equipped with different facilities and each campus has different departments related to Arts, Science, and Commerce. The seven campuses are Thalassery, Mangattuparamba, Kannur, Payyanur, Nileswaram, Kasaragod, and Mananthavady Campus. These campuses are upgraded regularly as per the facilities requirement of the students. Following are some of the facilities offered at Kannur University Campus:

Hostel: There are hostel facilities Available for both boys and girls in the Mangattuparamba campus. The hostel is located on the Kannur University campus of 21.73 acres. The hostel is equipped with all the facilities necessary for the comfortable life of students.
Library: The library provides the facilities of DELNET and UGC INFONET. The library also has the facility of software SOUL, developed by INFLIBNET. The library is a recognized university as the research center of History, Sanskrit, Statistics, Philosophy, English, Sociology, Economics, Malayalam, etc. This part of the Kannur University Campus provides students with rich learning resources and the Environment. The central library is quite spacious and has a great collection of Journals, Magazines, Reference books, etc.
Computer lab: In the computer lab, there are almost 20 computers with wifi-enabled connections. And there is also a separate facility for taking photocopies at Kannur University.
Human Resource Development Center: The UGC – HRD Centre of Kannur University Campus aims at imparting continuation of cutting edge innovative and motivative training to Academic Professionals across the country enabling their career advancement and ultimate excellence in molding the young generation susceptible to be the receptor of the world of information with intellectual and emotional contentment and to nurture the true potential hidden in every individual to its peak for exploration of the same for the humanity.

Campus placement is not there in our college, but for our particular course, the faculties offers a placement event where students having capability are selected by the famous companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc

I got into the college via allotment .Management fees varies for different courses. BBA cost upto rupees 70000 . Other courses like BA English , BA Malayalam cost rupees 60000. I have got e-grantz scholorship , it covers my tuition fees and examination fees . Special scholarships available for SC and ST students.

There are many type of program conducted in our college. Now our classroom have whiteboard, but soon it will be of digital board. the college have various groups like NSS and NCC. students who are interested can join these clubs. Also, there is tourism club, musical club, etc

my course has six semester. each semester is of three month of duration. the faculties of the college is very nice. They help us in improving our future. They prepare us for the future, not for now. The faculties are very great. The exams are both difficult and easy.

A fun ride

Likes

Infrastructure is pretty good actually. You will have a lot of comfortable facilities
Perfect spots to hangout with your friends
The atmosphere is absolutely pretty and vast.

will make you pay fine for all the things
The management is too stingy. This one time i had to get a balance amount of quite a good amount to which they said no because of some random issue.
Makes sure u are broke with frequent fund raising for events or anything really.

Admission:

I have applied to Jamia Hamdard and I did end up getting admission there. But i gave 2 choices for course selection and ended up getting admission for BBA English. I was more into bba and my parents weren't happy to send me there as the college is located in a hideous area.

we have parking facilities and good bathroom facility so that students can easily access any facility without any ease.

Dislikes

There are no celebrations or any other functions which is celebrated like in any other college here.They just dont want to spend money on these type of celebrations and it will be a negative experiecnce for those who wish to participate in these type
Small infrastructure and there is not enough space like any other colleges which offer huge infrastructure and better amenities.If you are coming here you need to sacrifice on this case as it is more like a building which is like a house.

Admission:

Admission process here was pretty straight forward as when i approached there they showed us the availability of courses just like food ordering from a restaurant and told us to fill the form with photographs on the desired course and i got admission the next day it was pretty straightforward there is no exams conducted during admission process and i came here as i dropped bsc computer science from mar ivanios college trivandrum and was having no time more to waste so i joined here as private registration

Admission:

I choosed this college because it was near to my home so maybe one can say that i took it because of convinence but after studying there i understood that it was my best option like it's so good studying there. I applied to sirsyed college S. N college SES college but due to my less mark i didn't got admission there. I really didn't got rejected because i didn't wait till last i first got merit seat in itm college and i just went for that like admission process are all same if u didn't get a merit then u may have to pay a donation of 50000 or if you got merit then you have to pay only 5000 which i paid my admission expirence was smooth thanks to the faculty

The college campus is not that much big and it's fine for us. There is taking new building and the working is still processing.
Liked the fashion sense of students in college, like in special programme occur in college our seniors are making dress codes and things and which is amazing and look so gorgeous. And the Friend ship and moments are so so good and like they really tt

There is a thing that i don't like is that is the juniors can't participate in dance session for programs that occurring in our college. Only seniors are participating for it and also the dressing for some event are controlled by the Seniors. Buuutt
The raging issue have in our college. And I don't really like that thing in our college.There may seniors get suspension because of it sometimes it's get serious that their parents will come. Its ok if the raging is for some fun and just asking but i
In college facilities there is not that much places for sitting during the intervals. That makes everyone bothered.

Admission:

This college is not that far from my place and it's so easy to come and go daily. And also it's a good campus and the collge is having a good education system's and also i got suggestion to take this college. This is the 1st option i give during the course registration. In the trail i got another college with other course and in the 1st allotment i got this course in the college which got it trail i just visited the college for 1 day. And after that in 3nd allotment got the same option no changes so i become a little abset that that college is so far and other things but in third allotment got the first option that i really not expected. Because they some peoples say that there is not a high chance to change option in third allotment and other things. I give one college which is aided and everyone know there is low possible to get admission or allotment in that college. In our college there is first the admission process the students who is not give college allotment they want to take admission by management.but after admission all of them want to pay same fees for the semester fee

Eligibility of this requires you to have a science background (Bio-scienc) and percentage about 60%. This college is a self financing college so you can directly get admission through management quota

The minimum educational qualification required to pursue a B.P.Ed program is to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
