Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies Admission
Admissions at YIMS are done through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) at the University of Calicut.
How to Apply? (h4)
- Interested students have to register themselves and create an account on the official website.
- After the successful submission of details, a CAP ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.
- Using the received ID and password, you have to go ahead and log in and fill in the registration by providing the required data.
- After all the data has been filled in carefully, the next step is application fee payment.
- Print out the submitted application – you’re going to need it for future admission purposes.
There will be two allotments done before the commencement of classes –
- A Trial Allotment is done to give applicants an idea about the chances of getting allotment to a program based on options, merits, and reservation rules.
- Post-trial allotment, candidates can log in to the CAP page and rearrange the options submitted earlier within the prescribed time.
- The first allotment will then be done at the scheduled date, and students will be invited for admissions.

- Hostels: The campus has different hostels for boys and girls. The hostel facilities for boys are provided under the supervision of Rev. Fathers, and those of girls under Rev. Sisters.
- Library: The college library, “Bodhi”, has an impressive stock of books, which are constantly updated depending on students’ requirements. The Dewey decimal system is used to classify books, and the Online Public Access System is in place for access to these.
- Café Yu-Court: The campus canteen is well furnished and ventilated with all the modern facilities.
- Computer Lab: The campus owns about 60 computers with an updated configuration. Individual access is insured and there is high-speed internet connectivity in place.

This course just requires 12th grade pass and this course not a diploma course this is a BSC Hotel Management so now it is being 4 years in older days it was 3 years course. So so many students to join these courses nowadays

- YIMS campus is the first thing that will catch ur attention as the sprawling green campus is full of amenities students could wish for.

- Administration of our college is like the best as we are supported throughout in whichever department we are and they keep a close eye on every faculty to make sure students are prioritized.
Admission:
Admissions in YIMS are purely on merit and cut-off for B.Com is around 80%. Student has to have a science or a commerce stream to enroll for B.Com. As many as 3 lists were declared as intake is low and competition is high. You get ample time to confirm your admission as there is enough gap between every list. The admission process is transparent and students are chosen purely on merit and hence the quality of students here is top-class.

- The eco-friendly campus. The campus are covered with trees.
- The library of the collage. The library is big and contain different variety of books.
Dislikes
- Some teaching faculties. I found them not fit for the teaching position
- The strictness level i felt over there. The strictness level can be reduced as we are collage students

The admission process was pretty smooth for me. The eligibility of the course is 12th pass .The details regarding the collage the admission process etc..are fully provided on their website and it is available in Google also the application form can be find from Google or you can directly go to collage. The reservation benefits are mentioned on their website.The exam process on there was not that much hard.For improvement I didn't have any suggestions since I find the admission process great.

The course I chose because I want to be an income tax councilor. The course is eligible who were 70% above marks in +2 exams. The application form can be found at the college office and the application fee is 500. There are no reservations for any students. There is no need for improvement in the admission process.

College provides all the infrastructure as per our needs also the lab facilities are high college also provides executive grooming standards. Bad aspect is that the college is charging very high fees. The admission process of this college is like the students needs to download the application form should remit the fees to the college office before submitting the application form after submitting the application form an other required documents the college will send the interview card/SMS individually. Once the student passes the interview, he has to remit the fees and submit the required original certificates. Reason for preferring this college is its infrastructure and academic excellence. This college has provided me with way more facilities within this short span of time. situation in a hot district like Palakkad , Yuvakshetra Institute of Management studies is a completely green campus with mind-blowing atmosphere and extraordinarily good service. Though I would like to mark the fact that certain facilities are quite expensive but still it never fails to mold the children and pave way to their success .Though it is an unaided college in the city of kongad ,it still provides various opportunities within the restrictions of being an unaided college .It even began National Service Scheme in the year of 2020 which was restricted to govt colleges only for a few years. Though the college was for hotel management only , within a few years they expanded the number of courses and made it a college with various courses which include MBA ,BBA ,BSc, B.com, BCA etc. Another thing to mention are the trading centers that are available with staying rooms and food. I got here on merit basis.

To say good about the college is that its infrastructure facilities and good faculties. College provides all the infrastructures as per our needs. Also, the lab facilities are very high. College also provides executive grooming standards. Also, the rules and regulations should be obeyed by all the students. Inside the college, we have good management, good faculties, all staffs are good inside it. The only demerit is that high fees. Other than that the college fulfills all our needs. College faculties also support all our abilities like arts and sports. Many competitions are held and also college wons prizes for everything because management provides the money for group items and we will get a good teacher for it. So there is willing management for all activities. So except the fees, everything is excellent

The BCA fees have not been divided either year-wise or semester-wise. However, the total fee has been disclosed. The total fee for the course is INR 1.45 lacs.
The registration date for admission into the courses is yet to be announced by the Yuvakshetra Institute Of Management Studies for the academic year 2023.
