Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is well-defined and updated to meet current industry demands and academic advancements. It is much better than the old curriculums of many IITs and NITs. The curriculum is supportive in preparing students for both real-world applications and further academics. Each semester consists of mid-sem(30 marks) and end-sem(40 marks) and rest 30 marks are internals including assignments, quizzes and attendance with a generally easy to moderate difficulty level.

Internships Opportunities :

The internships opportunities are quite promising. Many students seek off campus internship in 2nd & 3rd year and there is coumpulary 6-month internship in 4th year(can be done in either 7th or 8th sem) which can be On-Campus or Off-Campus. If the companies are satisfied with the interns, then they also get direct placement offers.

Placement Experience :

The placement scenario at IIIT Kota is quite promising, especially for CAE students. Students become eligible for campus placements from the beginning of their seventh semester. For the 2022-2023 CSE batch, the highest package offered was ?53.6 LPA and average package was ?15.76 LPA. Students recieve both On-Campus and Off-Campus placement opportunities and higher packages are generally Off-Campus. The top recruiters are Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Flipkart, Samsung, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fee for the B.Tech CSE program at IIIT Kota with a general category is approximately INR 1,02,000 and INR 38,000 per semester for hostel and mess. Various scholarships are provided if your family income is below the line or you belong to SC/STs category. College provide several employment opportunities roles for the administrative support such as web team member which can be paid also.

Campus Life :

The campus is active with clubs and societies focused on technology, culture, sports, and other extracurricular activities. There is well equipped Computer Centre and library to study and classrooms are air conditioned. The infrastructure of IIIT Kota campus at Kota is currently build with good hostels, mess and academic building with the open ground region but it significantly lack in sports ground and greenery.

Hostel Facilities :

The accommodation includes separate hostels for boys and girls with the availability of LAN internet connection. For boys, 1st year have options for double sharing and triple sharing rooms, 2nd year have single and double sharing rooms whereas 3rd and 4th year have single rooms. The mess food is okay (not very good but not bad also) and students have access to a canteen for additional refreshments.

Hostel Fee : INR 38000 per year

Admission :

A student need to qualify the JEE Mains Exam with the approximate cut off ranks(2024) of 22296 for open-neutral and 29830 for female-only category and there are reservation benifits for girls, OBCs, SCs and STs.

Faculty :

There is favorable faculty-to-student ratio and it enhances the learning experience. Most of the professors hold advanced degrees, including master’s and PhDs in their respective domain. The classes are interactive with active participation and discussions in the classes. The professors of my CSE branch are supportive and also provide insights of present industrial demands. But the scenerio of ECE branch is quite different. Most of the professors there are not supportive for the favour of students. They are just like to complete their duty of completing the curriculum and don't care whether the students are satisfied or not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the first category Specific aspect, I can't say anything I mean the course corrculam was prepared so good but the problem is in elective portion in which the students have no choices for choosing the subject. And next part timing of exams is overall good And level of paper is medium. But in some cases the problem occurs where the paper comes out of syllabus and the college one don't even give bonus marking

Placement Experience:

The only thing which is good about banasthali is their placement. The placement is good. Various companies come to the campus. And select students according to their priorities. I cam say the percentage of placement is 80% I'm not saying it about the whole banasthali. It's just about my department.

Placements are better here. Placement coordinators are there to help students. Management is so helpful. There are more than 50 companies that come to campus and take students as per their criteria. There are exams, aptitude tests, and interviews lined up for students.

College journey

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements starting from the 4th year. You get an option to opt a semester for internship in 4th year and the other semester becomes your placement semester. Good known companies visit our campus and we proudly present a good placement rate every year including the recession time. My plan is to work in an IT firm after my college degree. 90-95 percent students get placed by the end of cycle, rest go for masters.

Placement Experience:

The average placement of the college can be concluded as 4-7 lpa. Mining being the creamy layer of the college With an average placement of 12-16 lpa and 100% placement is really phenomenal. Electrical engineering has recently performed very well with an astonishing 95% placement of students with an average of 6-7 lpa and 12,16 lpa being highest. Agricultural engineering is also an underrated branch of the college with 100% placement. Other branches like civil engineering and mechanical engineering are relatively not preferred by students due to bad professors and lack of good placement ratio

Placement Experience:

MBM college are good placement as compare to other tier 3 colleges. In acadmic year 2023-24 higest on campus package is 20 lac in petrolium branch and average package is 5.6 lac. In this year major hiring done by VEDANTA, JSW POWER, L&T,ADANI POWER etc. 60% student got place in this year.
