our course provide us a wide information about the technology and it also helps us to know about the upcomming era of technology and how to use it and makes mu more productive .our course also provide us an guarnte about the safe future having the skills about technology

Internships Opportunities :

the college provide a wide range of internships and placements for the courses .the companies that offer the internships are infosys ,wipro ,ibm,tcs and the roles are web developer , app developer and database engenier

Placement Experience :

after completing the 4th sem tghe college provide the placements who are elligeble for it .the average cgp applicable for placements is 6.1 and the average package provided by college is 300000 and the highest is 700000.the companies that provide placements are infosys ,wipro ,ibm and tcs

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the fee policy states that all the fees should be deposited and the installments are not applicable and the complete cost of the course is valuable as per the knoeledge and facility of the college and the college provide placements also .

Campus Life :

the nature and envorinment of college is very peaceful and enjoyable. they provide the one of the best library faculty offline as well as online .the classrooms are well maintained and college runs the various social groups ,clubs ,sports group and as well as some bussiness groups to motivate the students

Admission :

the admission process is easy first of all you should have more than 66% marks and after that you have to fill the college admission form then they will provide you an overview of the campus and college details

Faculty :

our college has the best professores with higher education and provide the help and support to the students in there academics and other skills as well and they also help in the sports also .they have an exellent level of teaching and providing knowledge about any topic.

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I interested in computers since when I am in the 8th class. I scored high marks in school in computer subjects. then I realized I choose this course in college. and I perform well in this course. because if anyone goes to the computer field and is interested in computers they should take this course. the faculty is 35:1 in my class. the good teachers teach every subject very well I understand properly and the good staff of the college helps every student with their dought sessions and practice more questions. good teachers and yeah there is a total of 14 teachers in my management and 13 for other management. but teachers are well polite and disciplined. the exams are held after 6 months there is a 3-year course with 6 semesters so every year there is 2 semester so the exam is held after 6 months and the second exam is held after six months. the exam must be not difficult but moderate-level questions.

Highly qualified and helpfull Teachers, but poor placement facility

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is enough faculty. As there are fewer students in BCA. The teachers are highly qualified and very helpful. And the teaching method is also very good. If one can attend classes regularly he/she can easily pass the examination. As the examination is not as though. There are simple questions. You just need to study. The exams are on a semester basis. Total six semesters. But you need to study on your own as well to get high grades.

BCA from Science College Jammu

Remarks:

GGMSC (affiliated to Cluster University, Jammu) is One of the most reputed collage for science related studies in J&K. They have highly qualified staff and great Infrastructure. University is located inside collage campus so working of institution is very smooth. Cluster University releases online application for admission every year. You can choose combinations of subject and collage and sort them according to your preference. Admission will be made as per merit.

Placement Experience:

To the best of my knowledge, campus placement are not offered in the college. After graduating one can find internship themselves or can continue studying for post graduation. Though there is a placement room in the college so placements may start sometime soon.

College was too good, environment is cool but was 30 kms away from my home which was too much away at that time as there was no transport facility in 2012-2014. Also in June and July moths in kashmir having hot months and was unable to travel.

A college for all

Remarks:

Campus life was good when it comes to education, debates, symposiums etc. However if you talk about diversity, during my tenure the ratio was roughly 90:10 which was really less. There were countable girls in our college that led to so many fights because not every lion can get his mate, so to say . MaM college has been notorious for thesebkind of incidents. Mostly students from Arts sections weren't much into education and more into becoming heroes for the miinimal diversity. The administration didn't do anything to change this image of he college. In fact even the political unions of students were into such actions of supporting goons n all. Sometimes I have seen outsiders coming in and beating up the students over simple incidents.

Entrance Preview:

I had to go through Jammu University BCA enterance exam to qualify.My rank was 125. I wasn't sure if i wanted to do BCA but i got through easily without any preparation. I just wanted to get graduation degree.

Placement Experience:

Now its good but sadly no companies came around when we were there.I have heard that the placement opportunities are brilliant now a days and course has been revised too. People are placed in high end companies like cognizant and wipro etc.
