The placement in NIT Jamshedpur is very good it is one of the highly Rand and it is which provide such a good placement
The DJ galaxy which is the lecture hall is very good it is completely air conditioned and very infrastructure is very nice

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum in NIT Jamshedpur is very hectic because throughout the course there is a large number of assignment as well as practical files the teacher are good and a knowledgeable in the technical field but there is a huge amount of workload which is applied on the students . During one semester we have two exams which is mid semester and and same which are of moderate to high difficulty level.

Internships Opportunities :

A large amount of companies provide internship in NIT Jamshedpur. Major companies provide internship the a lot of internships are usually provided to circuital branch which is electronic electrical and computer science branch. Atlascian provides internship it is currently the highest paid internship in NIT Jamshedpur

Placement Experience :

The placement of this college is very good there are a lot of big large companies that comes to the college such as atlascian blackrock and also the non core placement is very good as well the average package provided in the branch which I am in which is electronics branch is 24 lakhs ctc

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In NIT Jamshedpur there is a provisional for fee remission of two third for the student whose annual income is less than 5 lakhs and there is a provision of full fee remission for students whose annual fee is less than 1 lakh without remission the fees 120000 with two third it is 6433 and with full remission it is 20033 rupees. My family's annual income was less than 5 lacs therefore I got 2/3 fees remission

Campus Life :

There is a large variety of social and cultural events as their are many cultural, technical as well as sports clubs they host event very oftenly there is majority 3 fest in NIT Jamshedpur namely ojas technical fest urja sports fest and culfest . In all the fest there are a lot of rounds which consists of price money as well.

Hostel Facilities :

During 1st year all the students are provided with single room we are accommodated in hostel I which has rooms not very wide but hostels are quietly maintained regularly are and about the mess the food is not a repaired sometimes they could food but sometimes the food is pretty bad . 2nd year onwards each student gets a single room of their own and their accommodated in different hostels such as hostel H hostel j or hostel k

Hostel Fee : INR 15000 per year

Admission :

To get admission in electronic engineering in Jamshedpur NIT you have to score 98 to 99% tile after you crack JEE mains you have to apply for Joseph counselling and according to your choice list you can get a college of your highest priority . I did avail for reservation of general EWS and homestate . I score 98.23% tile in JEE mains

All you need to know about BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
