Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is not doubtedly tough and lots of students just go through the whole process to just get into iit rather having passion for architecture, let me tell you friends architecture is something that demands your focus and concentration and also pessence so, we you guys are taking admission to get in iit, I would say it's wrong I would say be ready for the challenges and you can't even think to enjoy chill life if you are thinking that you would be enjoying as engineering students doing nothing at all and only reading in examination time so, you are utterly wrong here, if you would come here with this perception then it would not be even ok for you. So,if you are INTERESTED then surely take b. Arch but if not then I will think once and twice about because here you would have to work even at nights to sumit submissions that are too timing and frustrating for you if you are not interested in crafts and art.
Internships Opportunities :
As you are iitian then if you would have good resumes then definitely you would get intern as most companies see your linkdin so try to work on that and make it fascinating so that you can get intern in compies like goldman Sachs, oracle and google, wipro and e.t.c
Placement Experience :
Being in architecture department, placement begins from ending 4th year and continue to 5th year students can apply for it. There is compulsory internship as well that is mandatory to all 4rth year student. Companies like Google, Oracle and other big companies also do visit our campus even CEO of google is also from our college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My total fee is 1500000 for whole course i.e for 10 semester which is runs for five years so for general candidate but if your family income is less than 500000 then only 33% of tuition fee that is 100000 .If you are eligible to get MCM scholarship then tuition will be becoming zero. In which you would get 6000 rupee per semester. If I will talk about iit kgp then there are lots of clubs and societies that would be making you confident and disciplined and also you would learning time management, advertisement of your franchise program and even skills in web development and design sector.
Campus Life :
Being in one of the prestigious Institute of the world is really awesome . Lots of opportunities to learn, explore and even enjoy. You can have involvements in different clubs on the basis of your interest for instance, if you are interested in coding you may think of coding clubs.
Hostel Facilities :
Everything is good in mmm hall of our iit kharagpur and there are playgrounds for different sports ?????????? and no restrictions in terms of time whenever you can enter our hostel at any time. There are other facilities like library.
Admission :
So, at the beginning you would have to apply for jeee mains in which you have to score enough to get eligible for jee advanced which would be around 92 percentile for general candidate then you have to apply for jee advanced then after qualifying and securing rank in advance now you have to appply for AATA whose form filling starts from the result day of jee advanced may be later after result sometimes so, you have to keep visiting the website of JEE ADVANCED since information regarding that come there only and also NTA website if required, don't forget to check out videos regarding AAT on YouTube and this AAT is just qualifying exam that you have to just clear. If you get passed then on the basis of your jee advanced rank you may apply for b arch course rather I should say then only you can apply for architecture and regional branch in iit kharagpur Or iit roorkee Or iit bhu and other if those will have b arch course available.
