Course Curriculum Overview :

Sometimes to get in a IIT one has to prefer between the college or branch and only few students fulfill their both wishes. The average package of my branch is really high compared to other branches and curricullum is really easily. Sometimes companies has to spend huge on the training of their empliyee. IIT knows where to improve and where not. Exams are held 4 times a year.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 1300000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

One can apply for the internships in the pre final year and get it. A lot of companies visit the campus and PIC(Placement And Internship Cell) helps the students to get the dream companies of the student . A lot of offers are given in IT sector and majority of students placed in it only.

Placement Experience :

Students become elegible for the placements in the final year . Around 500 companies visited the college this time and all most all are placed who applied for the placements. My plans is to get placement in the IT sector.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Students can get upto 100% waiver on tution fees easily if their family income is less than 1 lakh in a year. My complete cost for the course is 12 lakh for B.Tech. and 1 lakh for M.Tech. Tution Fee waiver,MCM scholarship.

Campus Life :

There are about 30 to 40 clubs here in the campus and helps in improvement of the students . Each and every book is available in the library related to the course. Classrooms are equipped with modern techonologies. Most of all the sports are available and a group of students can apply for introduction of new sports.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are really good and staff is really helpfull . Meals have proper nutrition according to students needs and the one which are having any kind of sport as a hobby and follow it seriously gets extra diet. Really affordable hostels and almost all the students are living in the hostels.

Hostel Fee : INR 400000 per year

Admission :

As a jee asirant who was selected in IIT Roorkee , I felt a different kind of happiness which cant be expressed in words so do prepare for it. Elegibility of the course is 75 percent marks in 12 th board exams. One can easily find form for jee main on nta website. Yes reservation is given to the category students . Jee Mains held multiple times in a year and Jee Advanced held only once in a year. Offcourse the counselling can be improved and its the most crucial part of the process

Placement is good in BTECH CSE .. As 70 % students are placed in Btech CSE 2024 . Many talented students got 50 lpa and above from top companies. ( MANG).

Honest review on GBPUAT

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
