Course Curriculum Overview :

I liked the curriculum as it covers really useful and relevant topics and curriculum is different from other private colleges all faculty are well qualified with m.tech and phd degrees from national institutions regular assignments are given and mid-sems are held every month and end-sem exam is held at end of semester

Class Size : 139Course Fees : INR 320000 per year

Placement Experience :

College is known for it's placements . highest package is 58 lpa and average is 14 lpa college placement and entrepreneurship cell work hard to bring good placements to students and to develop them in all aspects and placement percentage is nearly 95%

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Total fee for 1 sem is around 1.7 lakh for this course including tuition, hostel, mess, medical and sports fee and for 4 years it is around 13.5 lakhs and students should apply for ug scholarships like central sector scholarship of top class education for sc/st students, etc themselves online internships can be done by students and some provide stipends as well

Campus Life :

Many social and cultural events keep happening every sem and many students participate in outer sports competitions also Apoorv is annual fest it is held in march and adavya and pradhva are cultural and sports fests classrooms have nice sound systems with ac labs and nice provisions like ethernet ports, power sockets students run clubs like photography club, art club, anime club, coding club, sports club and members can join them if interested

Hostel Facilities :

Accomodation is completely managed by campus . you are allotted rooms during admission and hostels have all neccessary facilities like cots, cupboards, washing machines, water filters and each hostel has a guard on duty to assist in case of any need Mess is hygenic and menu is of good quality and nutritious food is served and menu is managed by mess committee and they regulary take feedback from students with issues related to mess

Hostel Fee : INR 50000 per year

Admission :

I opted for this college in the counselling round after qualifying JEE Mains exam in 12th grade and application is done through jee mains webpage and this exam is held every year with 2 attempts for each student reservation benefits are applicable at time of allotment

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
