Discipline committee here don't discipline students and just punishes
They are not providing the promised speed of internet and connections-modem ratio is too high

Course Curriculum Overview :

Because of interest in computer science Faculty is good.They are capable of explaining doubts and you can discuss with them at any time.Except for registrar everyone is nice.Student faculty ratio is 3:10. Every has a PhD and we can trust the degree. Every class has 3 screens and clearly visible to see and they may write on the screen or provide any PPTs. There used to be 2 mids semesters and 1 end-semester. Now, they changed it to 1 mid and 1 end semester.mid is one and half months after the semester start and the end semester is 2 months later the mid semester.have to go through the viva, quiz and lab examinations. easy to get a good cpga if you study.

Class Size : 140Course Fees : INR 162750 per year

Placement Experience :

3 semester if you are skilled enough. Highest package is 44 this year and average package is 14 lakhs. 90 percent people will place I will do software jobs untill I get an idea to do something after .Maybe discovering something that will turn the world upside down or as usual as the most of the people

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is around 170000 which is not affordable to middle-class people.120000 is the semester fee and around 50000 is for the hostel and mess. You can take a student loan if you want. Few can get nsp scholarships and can't expect scholarships like NITs and IITs. Expect for loan and nsp etc scholarships (scholarship getting ratio 1:20 or 1:25 hard to get) there is no option for financial assistance. We are completely unaware of the topic: campus jobs.

Campus Life :

As of I know every book that lecturers recommend is in the library. There is a special site for the library also. We sit comfortably in the classroom .3 big screens and audible speakers. Many fans and no ac. There are a few ac classrooms but not provided to students. There is a sports meet every semester and a few fests. Can go to the gym. 4.There are cyber, electronics, technical, and few other clubs run by the students.

Hostel Facilities :

3 students per room.3 beds,3 tables,3 chairs and 2 cupboards are provided. Not nice to say. The mess committee is run by students but they are unable to change the food I don't know why. It is done in the admission process only through josaa and csab You can stay in Valavoor near the college.

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

Mains -rank should be between 36000-56000 approx to get into IIITK for general category students.to get into artificial intelligence we have to get 36000-42000(csab( approximately. Through josaa and csab counseling, we can get into the college. For the general category students I mentioned above For SC/st you have to get like 170000 as of I know. We have to go through csab and josaa counseling and I think it is a pretty easy admission process.

A decent campus experience overall

Placement Experience:

The placements are more than decent as you get many opportunities to land a job before graduation. Provided you don't have backpapers which most companies wouldn't want in their candidates. Service-based companies such as TCS and Accenture take loads of students per year and pretty high-end companies visit too.
