Likes

Faculty is quite qualified. Professors are humble and friendly.
The location of the college is great. Nandan, and maidan become the main go to spots when you don't have a class or two in between.

Dislikes

Campus life is zero. Not much space for many activities.
Infrastructure is average. There is a dearth of classrooms and also no proper auditorium is available.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I always had a knack for understanding the mechanisms of human brain and behavior, and hence I opted this course. There are 6 faculty members for this department and the number of students in my batch are 68. The faculty seems to be well qualified and practicals are conducted along with adequate lecture classes. Midsems are held along with the university exams.

Class Size : 68Course Fees : INR 23000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Being a 1st year, I haven't yet had the exposure to internships offered by the college. As per my knowledge there aren't great interships or placements provided by the college. However, Gokhale Memorial Girls College excells in academic performance.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Course fees structure is much affordable with an annual fees or around 23k. Per sem costs range from 10 to 12k as per the course. Kanyashree scholarship, swami vivekananda scholarship and others are provided by the college.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very unhappening and boring as the campus is extremely small with no proper grounds for extra curricular activities. No fests are held by the college. However, students can participate in other college fests and represent their college. Library is very well equipped with books available from every possible field. Classrooms have smart boards and ACs College provides for NCC, NSS

Admission :

Eligibility was 65% in class 12 boards Application form was available on the college's official website. Admission dates and documents needed for verification along with other necessary information was duely provided. The merit list publication style could be more organised

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach and, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade and a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. Five years of seminary

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a complex and vast one, with multiple areas in focus, which itself is a merit as it serves its purpose in training a Christian minister for all the challenges. The course is more praxis than a confined theoretical classroom. Certain improvements in teaching methods can be brought up. Teachers must ensure the students' study and find some way to monitor it. Otherwise students tend to get stuck in the wide array of topics to study and somehow just find it difficult.

Loreto College: The Best Academia

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum is enriched with literature works by British and American writers which is really enjoyable to read and the Teachers make it more exciting. Teachers are really good at explaining every single point in the syllabus. In the history of literature part they give us notes about each and every write a and there works so that we are familiar with most of the part of our syllabus. They does not teach only for the exams but they make sure that we learn everything with depth. We have a semester exams in every 6 month but sometimes it becomes 7 or 5. But the teachers are really supportive so that we don't panic in our exams.

I Choose this because Bengali subject I understand most. The faculty is very good and the student ratio is very good 70 students studied in the Bengali class.
