Remarks :
Good college but could not make his dreams come true here.But for civil this is the full of opportunities and there is great scope .so go for it.
Entrance Preview :
I had jkcet or common admission test that lead to my entry into this college. The highest cut off goes for civil engineering because there is huge scope for it in my state.I have opted for civil branch as i have great interest in it. There is only written process no interview for admission..
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are no research related programs as heard by my seniors...there is no research programme for learning but teachers really co-operate and help in understanding practical applications through regular lab works.
Internships Opportunities :
There are no such internships program me here but seniors are found saying that mechanical, civil and electrical students are sent to government departments for training.. they are trained under the guidance of senior experienced gusted officers.
Placement Experience :
The condition of placement is not so good here as most of the mass recruiters is TCS, wipro, tech Mahindra. They are rarely seen giving more than 4to 5lakh package ..so the average package here is 3to 4lakhs which is quite good. Talking about the percentage so very few are in campus placed but most of them go for off campus placements and other are seen applying for government posts. For civil and mechanical students there is a scope in government sector.i dont think that any research related companies visit here as there is no proper placement cell in our college
College Events :
There are no events organised.the fests are sometimes organised and are few like one in 2 to 3 years as heard by seniors. there are some workshops organised most often but we would not get any chance in our 1st semester so far.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Talking about the fee structure it is very cheap as for our cbse board students we have Rs.12670/semester and for state board it is Rs.11670/semester. this is affordable and there is no queries for the fees .but college is lacking in basic requirements like hygienic food, healthy environment and sports facilities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is no provision for scholarship till now.but there is tuition fee waiver for students from less income family.They have fees of around Rs.4000 Per semester which is good and great support to them.
Campus Life :
There are no extracurricular activities organised in our college.there is not any sports activities organised.We sit idle in our sports period as we donot have proper sports materials.
Hostel Facilities :
No, i am not residing in Hostel but i have got chance to visit them .they are good for living.they are on sharing.there are 2-3 students under one roof.they do not have their own PGs so others are managing themselves.the hostel rooms are cheap but food quality is bad and there is no proper watch over it.
Alumni/Alumna :
Since i have been new to the college but due to interaction with elders.i came to know that there is no alumni meet organised in our college
Exam Structure :
No, there is not so much stress, as we have two internal and one final exams in our one semester.we have lab internal exams too where HODs are given in-charge. there is huge fear of them among students.The final exams are held in our own college sent by University..
Faculty :
I must praise the college for the faculty. Since in ist semester we have contractual faculty but they have good teaching skills, they attend classes regularly and they are mostly b tech and MSc's . They have good interactions with students and wanted to make us or help in understanding the subject related problems.but for the higher semesters the teachers are wells Experienced and qualified.they have done Phd's or Mtech .they are mostly working as associate professors or HOD's and train their students well.the teachers try to produce good results and give detailed moral lectures to correct them whenever needed.
