Course Curriculum Overview :

I was always passionate about computers and I decided to take Computer Science and Engineering. The faculty student ratio in IITH in our department can be improved. The faculty here are highly qualified and their teaching is very understandable. The exams here really test your logic and the difficulty is average

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The placement and internship for our branch are tremendous in my college almost all of my seniors got placed for internships in various companies. Most of my seniors also got placed in Google summer of code

Placement Experience :

During 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many large companies visit our College and Our branch has around 100 percent placement. The highest package is from our branch and is 70 lakhs last year and average package of our branch is 27 lakhs and average package of entire college is 20 lakhs

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees is same for all the four years in our college and the college provides financial assistance for some category students. you can also do a job at a Shirucafè and get a good amount of stipend.

Campus Life :

Elan and Nvision is our college cultural and technical fest.There's a new library being constructed in our college which has a great collection of books.The number of classrooms in college are very large. All the clubs in our college are run by the students

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel office provides us with a chair, desk and a bed. The quality of the mess is not that good and Registration process can be quite tedious for hostel. It won't be necessary to rent a room or pg

Hostel Fee : INR 120000 per year

Admission :

To join in IITH you have to qualify in JEE mains and score a good rank in JEE Advanced. JEE advanced will be provided in their respective site.The NTA can make the admission process smoother by releasing the results early.

From 7th semesters companies start visiting the college and student can get very good placemets after they pass the interview processes. Companies like Microsoft Amazon Flipkart GoldmanSachs Oracle Deutsche bank BNY mellon Axis Bank Sales forces and many more. Approx 400 companies visit every year. Remarks:

On my personal experience, I would say that college is very strict and they have closed gate that is not accpectable. Even they will not permit you to leave the campus without the permission from the required faculty.
