Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I am interested. The faculty are good and friendly. the faculty teaching method is quite good the qualification of the faculty is Ph.D. and they are researchers. the term exams are in the middle of sem and at the end of sem. To pass the course is very difficult.

Class Size : 200Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internships on our campus are the best. The major recruiters included Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Schlumberger, Piramal, TVS, R&D, and GAIL, among others. Among others. IIT Guwahati's internship placement drive for 2023 has also concluded, with the highest stipend offered being INR 1.6 LPA. A total of 15 internship offers were made to btech students by top recruiters at IIT Guwahati.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester, the students are eligible for placement in college. The companies visited are like Google and Microsoft and many more the no offers made are nearly 90 percent in consideration of all branches. The highest package is 3crs and the AVG package is 15 lacks till now in our campus the profiles offered by the companies were nearly 200 last year. The percentage of students getting placement is nearly 90 percent. My plans are very simple to study the subject and play in my free time.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees in IIT Guwahati are affordable and better. The cost is 1 lakh 4 thousand per year. I think there is no scholarship for men but there is a girl scholarship and the financial assistance is also good. the jobs are also on campus are best. As I am in my first year I didn't get any job.

Campus Life :

The tech fest conducted this semester is Techniche and it is conducted in September month. There are plenty of books in the Library of our college. The classroom is very clean and hygienic. the sports on the campus are the best and there are many curricular activities on the campus. There are many clubs like dance and robotics and many more and a website called cepstrum for students run by students.

Hostel Facilities :

The facilities provided by them are not much single bed and a table and a cupboard. The mess quality is not good because the lunch provided is bad the breakfast and dinner are the best. the process for the hostel registration is just to fill out the forms. The location of our hostels is on campus only.

Hostel Fee : INR 100000 per year

Admission :

I entered IIT Guwahati by jee examination and the eligibility is to qualify for the examination. the reservation benefits are quite good. there are many types of reservations in the jee examination. I think there is improvement needed in the admission process.

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. A lot of reputed companies like Samsung, AWS, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, L&T, Cisco, Mahindra, ONGC visit for recruitment. Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose EE because it's have both core and it features so i believe that I will go for core but if the situation changes then accordingly i will shift. The curriculum is pretty good in this campus according to me that's why I have choose this course. I don't think I have enough thinking level to suggest about that. A Honest Review on NIT Silchar.

Placement Experience:

The placement in NIT Silchar is decent. You will be eligible for placement from the 4th year but you will be associated with the T&P cell from the 3rd year. The companies which came for placements in 2022 are Samsung R&D Institute, Bangalore, Larsen and Toubro, Bharat Electronics Limited, Amazon Web Services, Vedanta Resources Limited, Make My Trip, etc. The highest package is 44 LPA in 2022 offered by Amazon Web Services and the average package is 15-16 LPA. Almost 95% of students get placed in CSE & and 90% in ECE, followed by EIE whereas in other branches the percentage is low. After getting the degree, I will be seating for placements and getting a Job Of course.

Life At IIT Guwahati

Placement Experience:

Placement drives are held in December of every year for the students who complete their 7th semester. Placements are quite good over here, The highest package this year is 2.4 crore and the average package fluctuates between 20 to 25 LPA every year. One can also go for higher studies, there is no harm.

Placement Experience:

Don't worry about placements, they are quite good. Our campus highest package this year is 2.5 cr/annum There are many other stats on our official website, you can refer to that. Mostly many people get interns in their 5th or 6th sem and get placed at the end of the 7th sem. I will talk more about this after going the second year atleast
