Campus location is good also there is a greenery.
Vishwanath hostel is very beautiful we got peace in that place.

Teaching skill of the professor is not good

Course Curriculum Overview :

I like to study physics that's why I chose engineering physics. In our department there is 25 faculty member and 31 students, therefore the faculty-student ratio is good. Most of the faculties are from Varanasi and did his education at BHU and now works as a professor at IITBHU.

Class Size : 31Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Doubtnut Content Development 20k, Atom Android Intern 15k, Luminous Power Technologies Electronics Intern 15k a month are a few of the internships at hand by the various companies which come to our college.

Placement Experience :

Placements are very good in fact it is approximately equal to the top 7 IITs. Also, our department of physics placement is also good and is research-oriented. The highest package of our institute is 2.05cr. and the average is 24lacs

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is not good because the professor is not teaching. In fact, they are not able to answer our doubts except for some good ones. The plus point in our college is the good placement as well as an on-campus internship.

Campus Life :

Kashiyatra in January, Technex in March, and Spardha in October are the annual fest of our college. There are many clubs like Astro, Cops, Business club etc but they are not as good as you think. Also, there is a Research community which is very helpful for a research enthusiast student.

Hostel Facilities :

There are many hostels and few are good enough and few are not. the wifi facilities are good alse the mess food of all the hostels are good. the registration process is offline that's why it is not good but all the other things in hostel are good.

Hostel Fee : INR 12700 per year

Admission :

For admission into IIT BHU, you have to clear the JEE ADVANCE Entrance Exam with a good rank Conducted by one of the top 7 IITs. Also to write JEE ADVANCE you have to qualify in JEE mains exam conducted by NTA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subject of Biotechnology is of great importance and is very new and interesting too. The subjects offered are relevant and insightful as they offer knowledge on all aspects of the field. The curriculum is in correspondence to the syllabus of entrance exams like GATE making the preparation easier. We have exams every 4 months. The schedule is decent but there are lesser gaps than required between exams. The practical exams are sometimes conducted in the gaps between the exams.

The placement is average here because of lucknow city. But you can better placement in Metro cities like delhi, mumbai and many more. They provide average placement of 350000 and have 80% placement rate in campus placement.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester we are eligible for placement drive in our campus. Comoanies like flipcart bulebook etc have visited here but the offers was very less. Average package is 4 LPA and Highest package is 7 LPA till the date. Around 40 percentage of students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is that taking job from off campus. Hope so i will get it

From seven-semester, the student is eligible for placement. Cognizant, Accenture, tcs, etc. The average package is 3 lakhs and 3.5 lakhs and the highest package will be 42 lakhs. 89% of students get placement. After getting the degree I will apply for CDS and other government jobs.
