I very much enjoyed in techo fest cultural.
Students and staff relationship was too good. they spend their precious time with the student.

Dislikes

They did not conduct any industrial visit program
Laboratory machines are too older. some times its not working

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am very much interested in the anatomical structure and functioning of the human body. But this department purely concentrates on medical instruments, with 2 or 3 papers only on human anatomy. It's also interesting and very much enjoyed learning about that. All the faculties are well qualified.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

They give the opportunity to choose the guide for the project. If the student wants to work with the scholar they are also allowed. Faculties help the student to complete their project. They are not forced to complete the work.

Placement Experience :

After completing the third semester eligible to attend the placement. Top MNC companies are coming like HCl ZOHO, Wipro etc. Many students got placed. 6 LPA is the average package. More than 70 percentage marks are allowed to get placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Each semester 25000 for course fees. The scholarship is not applicable to the biomedical department. Medical electronics department students also studied the same papers biomedical one or two papers differed. these students got a 10000 rupee scholarship for each year. 50 per cent of students got placed average salary of 6 LPA.

Campus Life :

Techofest is the annual cultural festival in the college of Engineering guide. All the department's books are available in the library. Each section has one system if you can't find any books just enter the book's name it shows columns in the book. The students take part in sports and culture is very common.

Hostel Facilities :

My friends are stayed in hostel. They told me rooms are neat and clean. all the students are allowed to hostel canteen for college fest its also good quality. i stayed 15km away from the college but transportation is very much easy to reach college. 24 hrs bus and train facility available. i paid 5000 rupees per month for PG.

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

After completing my UG degree I applied for tancet exam. I got 38 marks in that exam and then applied to Tanca for PG admission. All the application processes are in online mode no need to submit anything before admission in offline mode. I paid 500 rupees for the application fees. In each department, 25 students were admitted. So more than 40 marks in tancet exam will get admission easily in Anna University.

Placement Experience:

The placements are so good after first semester based on the CGPA the companies will start recruiting in second semester. The highest package is 36LPA(including all benefits from company) and the average package is around 13 LPA. Some companies will ask above 60% and some will ask above 70%, 75% etc its based on the company

Why you should prefer IIT Madras over other IIT's for Mtech/Btech (CSE).

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cirriculum is perfect , machine learning is specialised here , course like Deep learning , PRML , linear algebra , AI offered here are best. Grade distribution is also fine here not as such burder , they give assignments and quizes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I studying Mechatronics I am mostly interested in Robots that why I choose the course . The syllabus of the college mostly based on Robotics, automation, plc and scada dcs system etc.The exam is really tough because the question or mostly practical orientation question.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is good , like all other institution education is bookish practical projects are less so people will find hard in placements because company expect you to be more practical.Relative grading is the other factor i found it more inappropriate since how grade depends on others as well, that is bad.

IIT Madras Mtech CSE review

Placement Experience:

The placement process takes place in September and interviews are held in the first week of December. Placements are best in the country. The highest package this year was 1.2 cr domestic given by aphagrep to an Mtech cse. The average is around 30-35 lpa. Almost all students get placed.

Admission:

I am pursuing ME computer science and engineering course from AVCE.It is a two-year duration course with 4 specializations. Candidates who have completed BE or B.Tech in relevant discipline are eligible to join ME course. Admission to ME program is given on the basis of GATE/ TANCET scores. I got selected on the basis of my GATE score.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very nice. They often organise on-campus placement drives. Companies like grassroots,intelenet, Revol Softwares, Aqua groups, IDBI etc visit the campus with good job opportunities.

IICPT review for MTech Course

Admission:

Admission is on the basis of IIFPT Post Graduate Entrance Examination. A merit list is prepared on the basis of the entrance exam scores and overall academic performance of the student. I always wanted to join the institute for a bachelor’s, but opting for the Food Tech trade was a last minute decision.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college is pretty decent. Many companies visited our campus this year compared to the previous batch. But still there is a lot of scope for improvement. The average salary package offered is around 3-4 LPA. There is a placement cell which deals with all the placement activities. Students have to search for internships on their own.
