Rich history and is known for its strong focus on mining and earth sciences. Offers a wide range of UG and PG in Engineering, applied sciences, management, and social sciences. Has a reputed faculty comprising experienced professors and researchers.
Many students appreciate the strong academic foundation provided by the institute, the opportunities for research and innovation, the diverse student community, and the overall learning environment.

I choose Engineering Physics as a course in IIT(ISM) DHANBAD because I'm interested in the study of Physics and in research work related to physics. its program has a favourable faculty: student ratio, ensuring personalized attention and quality education. The faculty teaching Engineering Physics at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad are highly qualified experts in their field. Their teaching methods are commendable, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject and practical applications. The exams in the course "Engineering Physics" at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad were generally timely including 2 mid sems and 2 end sems and couple of quizzes in between the tenure of a year and required significant effort to pass.

The highest package offered in the year 2023 is 55 lakh/year and avg. the package offered is 15 lakhs/year. The percentage of students getting placements on campus is consistently high.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Additionally, there are other charges for hostel accommodation, mess facilities, and other amenities. The library also offers digital resources such as e-books, e-journals, and databases for research purposes The classrooms are equipped with modern amenities to facilitate effective learning. They are equipped with audio-visual aids, projectors, and internet connectivity. The classrooms provide a comfortable learning environment for students. The campus promotes a well-rounded development of students. There are numerous sports facilities available such as cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, and athletics. There are several clubs and societies on campus such as music, dance, drama, literature, coding club, etc.

Eligibility: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute, which include minimum academic qualifications, age limits, and qualifying examination scores. All you need to know about BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
