- JEE Main 2025 exam dates have been announced for the January Session. The exam is scheduled from January 22 to January 31, 2025. Students seeking admission to B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Planning courses can apply online through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The last date to apply is November 22, 2024. Only the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main 2025 qualified candidates will be eligible to sit for JEE Advanced 2025 (conducted for engineering admission to IITs).

For NRI Category:-
The students will be required to pay additional mess charges of Rs 15000 per semester. Not applicable to foreign national students who are permitted to avail Institute’s International hostel.
Foreign National Students desirous of availing of elevated accommodation and dining facilities at the Institute’s International Hostel need to pay an extra INR 47261 per semester including the total semester fees in odd and even semester. For availing International Hostel, the students are required to put forward their request which may be considered case-to-case basis, depending on the availability and as per Institute norms.
Break up of extra charges:- INR 26500 (Mess charges, which may change depending on the price of food items in the future) and INR 21661 (Hostel seat rent)

Course Curriculum Overview:
So, I am an Engineering Physics Student. Very knowledgeable and helpful professors are there to help us. Many professors are active in the field of research and they still write research papers. The faculty to student ratio of our batch is 1:30 which is pretty good . The exams are also decent with most of it coming from the previous year papers so not so tedious task of preparing for the exams. Coming to my course, some may find it hard at first then would get used to it as some of the subjects are really nice.

- The college culture and the Fest are the most priortised.
- The availability of cultural and technical clubs
Course Curriculum Overview:
I had to choose the course as it was in my best interest based on my rank. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:20 and sufficient for a class of 30 students. The teachers are highly qualified and the epitome of their work.

- Rich history and is known for its strong focus on mining and earth sciences. Offers a wide range of UG and PG in Engineering, applied sciences, management, and social sciences. Has a reputed faculty comprising experienced professors and researchers.
- Many students appreciate the strong academic foundation provided by the institute, the opportunities for research and innovation, the diverse student community, and the overall learning environment.
Dislikes
- Some common concerns are, that in ISM Dhanbad includes heavy workload, intense competition, limited recreational facilities, and occasional administrative challenges.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose Engineering Physics as a course in IIT(ISM) DHANBAD because I'm interested in the study of Physics and in research work related to physics. its program has a favourable faculty: student ratio, ensuring personalized attention and quality education. The faculty teaching Engineering Physics at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad are highly qualified experts in their field. Their teaching methods are commendable, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject and practical applications. The exams in the course "Engineering Physics" at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad were generally timely including 2 mid sems and 2 end sems and couple of quizzes in between the tenure of a year and required significant effort to pass.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course mainly because of the syllabi it contains the most interesting subjects, which have huge growth in the present generation of technology. most of the faculty in our college have made their doctorates and some of the professors give us huge support. exams are a bit difficult on the other side, but by attending classes properly one can score easily.
