Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very good in means of quality and extensivity. The faculty members are so experienced that they help us in both academics and research field. There are some faculty members also who help students to find the desired job opportunities.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement opportunity is very good. The college placement authority is so helpful that it provides opportunities according to your skill set. The college average placement is about 6 lpa. The college students also excelled in GATE and CAT-like exams.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure I can say in a medium level like it's cheaper than KIIT and more expensive than other colleges. The college provides also opportunities like TFW (tuition fee waiver) so that medium-class students can study very easily.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is very positive and students also help students each other in both academics and sports. There is a central library present in the college which I thought would be the best place to study.

Admission :

The offline admission process for the college is very chaotic so I want this process to be held in online mode. The paper required for the admission process is not kept securely I thought. So it should be soft copy documents.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

Reality of GIFT college

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
