Remarks :

This is good college for academic. There is also extra curriculum . But the college campus is not too large ,but it is sufficient for academic session. Overall experience in the campus is good.

Entrance Preview :

I did jee-mains exam for admission in this college. I landed up in this college by counselling process.No there is no any interview process .I want to be good engineer so that I have chosen this course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was good .There is some focus on practical learning.Yes there is some research initiatives taken by the institute such as About Robotics ,etc There is Artificial intelligence.

Internships Opportunities :

No,This college not provide any internship but college provide sufficient facility to do the internship in other places .avg stipend amount is about 10000 rupees .

Placement Experience :

The placement scenarios is good .about 85% student got placed. Major companies are infosis ,wipro,tech mahindra,Adp,etc.

College Events :

There is Tech fest ,Zygon,Fresher's, Music Club,ZEAL,etc .There is well organisation and the college provide the full contribution for the same .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes ,college provide scholarship for students who got top in the particular branch .Yes college help in getting loan .

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities in this college is too good .yes we got ample opportunities to explore our inner talent .There is all the facilities in the college .

Hostel Facilities :

Yes,I am living in hostel .There is no single room in hostel, we are on sharing .No there is no PGS. We pay Rs 30000 for 12 months for hostel excluding food .Food is not too good but I say good .

Alumni/Alumna :

Our interaction with the alumni is good . College provide a seminar for alumni meet. Yes , alumni contribute in the overall development of the college as well as the students.

Exam Structure :

Yes labs and exam are chill culture .Yes end of the day it makes some tiredness.

Faculty :

Faculties are well experienced and qualified in teaching the course. They are more attractive. The standard of teaching is good .

NIT Rourkela: The Blazing Ground for Opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last year of their completion of the course, although most of us got the PPO (Pre Placement Offer) before the campus placement at the end of our internships. This year (2022) 325 companies visited for campus placements and a total of 1,274 offers were made. The highest CTC offered was up to 46 lakhs rupees and the average CTC offered is 11.2 lakhs rupees for the software, core and analytics companies combined. Some of the companies which offered the handsome packages are Microsoft, Google, Amazon and Oracle. Overall approx 93 per cent of students are placed during this year's campus placements.
